Study On Cigarette Packing Box From The Perspective Of Circular Economy

Cigarette packing box recycling is an important starting point and the starting point of the construction of circular economy Chinese tobacco industry system,is to "business integration" and "integrated" and "two smoke" the integration of modern logistics for the construction practice,the cigarette recycling box behind not only single box cost savings,more is the attitude of environmental protection is to treat tobacco industry,ecological responsibility and commitment to fulfill.In this paper,the research on Reverse Logistics Based on the domestic and foreign literature,that of cigarette packaging reverse logistics has the following short board: the lack of relevant theoretical support,there is still no systematic and targeted on cigarette packaging design and operation of reverse logistics theory research,project strategy,can provide reference and guidance for the majority;the tobacco companies is from the qualitative understanding of cigarette packaging reverse logistics,have not been able to quantitatively intuitively recognize the potential value of cigarette packaging of reverse logistics and its economic benefit;cigarette packaging business failed to reverse logistics interface between the tobacco industry and commercial enterprises,the operation of the accounting process,the Division of responsibility and cost is not perfect.The tobacco logistics,logistics cost,reverse logistics and circular economy as the theoretical foundation,the lack of awareness,collaborative operation may exist in terms of ideology in Fujian tobacco cigarette packaging box recycling process,increase the complexity of operation management level between enterprises demand increases and the smoke box deformation problems damaged,artificial and semi automatic cigarette the storage box machine to analysis;put forward Fujian tobacco cigarette packaging box recycling principle and system.The principle of construction includes the goal consistency,the integrity of the supply chain,the integration of the reverse logistics,and the standardization of the packaging unit.The establishment of the system mainly includes the establishment of institutions,the development of standards,optimize the process,and improve the technology and performance evaluation.Finally from the participating subject consciousness,improve service consciousness and ability of carton recycling enterprises,strengthen cooperation and continue to do optimization promotion,explore the tobacco packing box recycling,strengthen the development and application of circular logistics technology,earnestly put forward Fujian tobacco cigarette packaging box recycling countermeasures and suggestions for recycling security work in terms of industrial and commercial enterprises and the recycling enterprises.The research of this paper is only a beneficial exploration to the recycling of the cigarette packing box,it is only a preliminary study,it is not systematic and thorough,and hope to have more scholars to carry on the follow-up study.
