Jet vortex spinning is a new spinning technology developed on the basis of air-jet spinning,which has a larger range of raw materials and higher yarn strength than air-jet spinning.Compared with traditional ring spinning,jet vortex spinning integrates thick and fine networks,shortens the process flow,and spins 20 to 25 times faster than ring spinning,improving production efficiency.The air-jet vortex yarn also has the characteristics of less hairiness,excellent wear resistance,fast moisture absorption,less sizing,or even no sizing.In this paper,the spinning process parameters and hole structure parameters of hemp blended yarn are systematically studied on the basis of the research of the predecessors of the research group.In this paper,the effects of different spinning speeds,nozzle air pressure and guide needle to cone inlet distance on the properties of the blended yarn and the effects of hemp blending ratio on the performance of the blended yarn were first studied,and then the wrapping structure of the blended yarn under different parameters was observed by microscopy,and finally the nozzle hole parameters of the vortex tube were optimized.The main work includes:(1)Using flax viscose as raw material,the influence of flax fiber blending ratio on yarn forming properties and the influence of different process parameters on the performance of blended yarn were explored.Through single-factor and orthogonal experimental optimization,the relatively optimal spinning process in the laboratory is as follows: spinning speed of 150m/min,nozzle air pressure of 0.45 MPa,and inlet distance from guide needle to cone body of 1mm.At the same time,the blending ratio studied the surface,the proportion of linen increased,the short pile increased,the spinnability deteriorated,and the breaking strength,uneven strength and uneven strip drying of the yarn deteriorated.(2)The wrapping structure of the blended yarn under different process parameters(spinning speed,nozzle air pressure and guide needle to cone inlet distance)was studied by microscope.The analysis shows that the spinning speed and nozzle air pressure are too high and too low are not conducive to the wrapping of the blended yarn,the distance from the guide needle to the inlet of the cone increases,the wrapping coefficient increases,and the wrapping situation is good.The wrapping coefficient can better reflect the strength and wrapping of the blended yarn.(3)Through the optimization of the diameter of the nozzle,the angle and number of nozzles,the spinning performance of the nozzle diameter is 0.55 mm,the number of nozzles is5,and the angle of nozzles is 40° to 45°.
