The LC extract has the antibacterial function and HX extract has the anti mite function are all added to the acrylic fiber spinning liquid to made a acrylic fiber with antibacterial anti mite composite function by using wet spinning method..Firstly,the pure acrylic spinning solution was prepared and the reasonable concentration of the acrylic fiber spinning solution was explored by using the PAN powder with molecular weight of 80 thousand and the DMSO solvent.The test results show that with the increase of PAN content in the spinning fluid,the mechanical properties of the membranes and fibers will increase,but the viscosity of the spinning fluid will also increase.When the content of PAN in the spinning solution is 16%,the viscosity of the spinning solution meets the spinning requirement,and the mechanical properties of the pure acrylic membrane are better.Secondly,the particle size and antibacterial properties of the extract powder are tested to determine whether it can meet the wet spinning process of acrylic fiber in the spinning solution.The solubility of the extracts in the spinning solvent was tested.The solubility of the two extracts increased with the increase of temperature.The antibacterial properties of the aqueous extracts of Chinese herbal extracts were tested.The results showed that the herbal extracts had good antibacterial effects.Thirdly,the LC extract,HX extract and polyacrylonitrile spinning solution are mixed together,and test the performance.The test results show that the method of directly adding the extract powder will reduce the viscosity of the blend spinning solution,and the addition amount is inversely proportional to the viscosity.In order to explore the best proportion of two kinds of extracts,according to the orthogonal test,the blend membranes with different ratios were prepared,and their apparent properties,mechanical properties,absorbency and antibacterial properties were tested.According to the test results of various properties,identified two kinds of optimal proportion of herbal extracts accounted for PAN content in the spinning solution,6% of LC extract and 6% of HX extract respectively.Then,according to the optimum addition ratio,explore the related spinning process parameters,the plant extracts and PAN blend functional fibers are spun by the laboratory sample machine,and their basic properties are tested.The test results show that theabsorption peak of the active components of blend functional fiber were in the IR spectrum corresponding;crystallinity is 45.88%,and the blend fiber is basically consistent with the general acrylic fiber which is made by the laboratory spinning machine;traditional Chinese medicine extract on the fiber dispersed,no agglomeration;the friction coefficient and hygroscopic property of the fiber are increased due to the addition of the extracts of Chinese herbal medicine;.the dry and wet fracture strength of blend fiber is 1.62 c N/dtex and 1.35 c N/dtex respectively,the elongation at break is21.52% and 17.29% respectively,which is slightly lower than that of ordinary acrylic fiber produced by sample machine;in the test of TG analysis,it is found that the thermal weight loss rate of the blend fiber is smaller and the heat resistance is better.Finally,plant extracts and PAN blend fiber's antibacterial properties and anti mite properties were tested.The test results show that the antibacterial fiber of Staphylococcus aureus was 93.83%,in line with national standards of textiles for Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial rate of 70% of the requirements,the blend fiber has good antibacterial effect;the expulsion rate of mites was 83.21%,and the blend functional fibers had stronger anti-mite effect.
