Tomato late blight can cause severe tomato production,current resistance and pesticide residues in common chemical pesticides continue to appear.Based on the requirements of green food market and development o f green pesticides,composition and mechanism of the compatibility of traditional.Chinese medicine and late blight in tomato were studied.The results are as follows:(1)Chinese medicine liquid,Schisandra: Ebony: Artemisia annua is 4:1:1,The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)was 7.8mg / m L and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)was 31.2mg/ m L,the inhibitory effect is better of the compatibility of liquid comper with the sweet wormwood,Fructus Mume and Schisandra.(2)Compatibility with typical chemical pesticide metalaxyl,Dimethomorph,biuret in comparison,according to the practical agricultural dilution,when dilution reached 500 times the inhibition rate reached 75.1%,when you reach 1000 times dilution the inhibition rate reached 67.1%,the inhibition rate was significantly higher than that of typical chemical pesticides.(3)By scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy observation showed that with the increase of the concentration of the mixed solution of somatic cell damage become more and more serious,the concentration of 2MIC small cell surface depression,cell edge clearly decreased,when the concentration reach MBC cell surface was severely damaged,cell shrinkage was kernel has not to self.Reproduction,the concentration of 2MBC can directly cause cell rupture.(4)Compatibility solution had a significant effect on the growth curve of tomato late blight.The logarithmic phase of bacterial inhibition was significantly inhibited at minimum inhibitory concentration,which might play a bactericidal activity against bacteriostatic components,and influence the growth of bacteria in the system,which would lead to slower growth of bacteria.(5)The effect of the compatibility liquid on cell membrane showed that with the increase of the concentration of the compatibility solution,the conductivity increased and the cell membrane permeability increased.When the concentration reached the minimum bactericidal concentration of 31.2g/m L,the exudation of macromolecular nucleic acid and protein appeared,and the cell membrane was further destroyed.(6)the effect of compatibility liquid on DNA of genetic material showed that when the concentration of mixed liquid reached MIC,DNA could be changed,and it showed that the way of quenching the EB-DNA system was the combination of dynamic quenching and static quenching.(7)the effect of compatibility solution on cell metabolism showed that the effect of increasing concentration on cell metabolism hindered the increase of speed and increased the effect.When the minimum inhibitory concentration increased,the effect of inhibition increased with the increase of concentration.The bacteriostasis pathway is the EMP pathway through the comparison with typical respiratory inhibitors.
