NGWN planetary actuator belongs to the high transmission ratio,high torque,small volume planetary gear reducer,seam is widely used in Coal Mine Machinery,such as scraper conveyor.Classic NGWN design method,which adopts the method of preferred numbers for the design of transmission ratio and adopts the method of safety coefficient for strength design.In this process there are two major problems.First,the priority number system is difficult to be precisely matched because of the limitation of the optional priority number.The two is to design the parts size independently by using the safety factor,but the safety factor design index of the whole system is difficult to establish and allocate.MCTS,the full name Monte Carlo Tree Search,is a method of optimal decision making in artificial intelligence problems,which can realize stochastic simulation of general problems and accurate tree search under objective conditions.This paper first uses the MCTS method to design the accurate gear matching ratio of the NGWN planetary reducer,and then takes the reliability as the design index,and carries out the strength design for the NGWN planetary reducer parts and system respectively.The full text of the specific work is as follows:Design of NGWN planetary reducer with fixed transmission ratio.Traditional priority number system with tooth method is difficult to achieve accurate tooth,so under the premise that meet the requirements of planetary gear reducer gear cooperate,MCTS methods for gear configuration that could satisfy the requirement of precise transmission ratio,and as a filter,such as volume and cost objectives,get the NGWN planetary reducer gear teeth design.The reliability design of key parts and systems of NGWN planetary reducer.Traditional reliability model of gears,bearings,shaft and other key parts and system are established based on the stress strength interference theory and the common cause failure theory.Taking reliability as the design target,MCTS method is used to find the parameter that satisfies the reliability index of parts and systems.It is found that after giving the system reliability index,we can use the reliability design method proposed in this paper to achieve the good configuration of the design parameters of each part of NGWN planetary gear reducer.
