Regular Pattern Of Ningxia Coal Mine Accidents And Preventive Measures

Coal plays an important role in the social and economic development of China and Ningxia.In recent years,Ningxia coal mine accident overall has stabilized,but the coal mine safety foundation is weak,accidents still occur,especially major accidents have not been fundamentally curbed,Ningxia coal mine production safety situation is still not optimistic.Study on coal mine accidents is an important means to prevent accidents.This article from the accident type,accident levels,mine categories,mining methods,accidents and accidents in region six aspects of system analysis of 2001 to 2016 in Ningxia coal mine accident,summed up the characteristics and laws of Ningxia coal mine accident.Based on the theory of trajectory intersection,this paper analyzes the causes and problems of coal mine accidents in Ningxia.With the direction of the reform of the relevant laws and regulations of China's coal mine safety management and safety production areas,from four aspects of production technology,safety management,safety supervision,supervision by the state government,put forward Ningxia coal mine accident prevention measures and suggestions.
