Study On Influence Factors And Control Measures Of Coal Mine Accidents

Coal as the main energy in China, plays a very important role in the national economy,the coal industry safety determines whether stable, the coal industry sustained, rapiddevelopment. Study on coal mine accident factors, put forward control measures for coal mineaccident, has the vital significance to promote the continuous improvement of coal mineproduction safety situation.This study first in the accident causing theory and literature review, the influencingfactors of coal mine accidents. Through the questionnaire, the use of project analysis onInfluencing Factors of coal mine accidents were screened. Carried out using SPSS16.0andexploratory factor reliability analysis on the questionnaire, the coal mine accident of4dimensions, the absence of management, employee illegal operations, the safe hidden dangerinvestigation processing is not seasonable, lack of security responsibility for the dimension ofhuman factors; safety management system integrity, mine safety technical measures ofimprovement, emergency rescue system integrity, coal research investment, professional andtechnical personnel of the surplus of coal mine security dimension; illegal construction andillegal production, cover up accidents, external security check the accuracy of the information,the safety supervisory compliance, safety training and education is not in place for the coalmine integrity capacity dimension; energy demand growth, government supervision, illegallow cost as the dimension of the external environmental factors. Again, the use of structuralequation model theory, constructs the conceptual model of the factors affecting coal mineaccidents, using AMOS7.0software, a conceptual model of the factors affecting the coal mineaccidents are tested, results show that, the model fit index were in the acceptable range, modeland data fitting better, to verify the rationality of the concept model construction. Finally,based on the above research, put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of coal mineaccident prevention.This study presents the influencing factors of coal mine accidents, and verified the analysis, put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of coal mine accident prevention, isconducive to enhancing the ability to prevent coal mine accidents, long-term mechanism toensure safety in production of coal mine.
