C Research And Development Building Project Security Management Research

For a long time,the safety management of construction site is mai nly focused on the traditional "experience-based" ex post management,which is one of the major reasons leading to the frequent construction safety accidents and has been proved difficult to control the hazard source of construction process comprehensively.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the traditional safety management mode on the construction site by applying the model of PDCA system safety management theory to the frequent occurrence of construction safety accidents.In this paper,field investigation method,document analysis method and case analysis method is used in the C develo pment building project analysis.Based on the actual situation and construction characteristics of the project of C research and development building,the paper analyz es the problems and causes of these problems in the security management.Then on the content of the project safety management plan,put forward through the identification of hazards,establishing safety management goal,to develop safety management rules a nd regulations,to carry out safety education and training,increase the safety investment and use,to carry out security checks,make an investigation into the accident emergency handling and seven aspects such as the management content of project construction safety management.In this paper,the safe management cycle management mode is put into PDCA cycle mode by applying the content of security management,and the problem of security management of this project is solved by using PDCA cycle mode.In order to better use the PDCA circulation model in the future construction,it is necessary to guarantee the corresponding protection from planning,implementation,inspection and improvement.The author of this paper selected the C development building project safety management as the aiming case in this research topic,which is well-directed and practical.Hope that through this study,the PDCA cycle model could be well applied to the safety management in more construction projects.
