| The development of special high quality tobacco leaves is a major research project,which has been proposed in China to adapt to the international competition of tobacco market and the development of Chinese style cigarettes,to build a core technology of Chinese tobacco materials and to stabilize the growing area of high quality raw materials.The tobacco leaves are the material base of the cigarette production,and the quality of the tobacco leaves have a great influence on the cigarette production,even the cigarette industry.In order to product the stable-quality and outstanding characteristic of high-quality tobacco raw materials,it is necessary to study the evaluation of quality of tobacco on different characteristics and establish a practical and effective comprehensive evaluation model of tobacco leaves to obtain the comprehensive value of quality of tobacco leaves and find production bases with high quality tobaccos.Meanwhile,it is vital to identify the key factors affecting the quality of tobacco.Eventually,the theory evidence to improve tobacco quality can be provided radically.In this paper,the tobacco quality comprehensive evaluation was researched from two aspects of chemical components and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco,and the influence on sensory quality of each index of chemical composition was analyzed.And tobacco samples with middle flavor characteristic and C3 F grade in Ankang,Baoji,Hanzhong,Shangluo in Qinba growing area of Shaanxi Province and Xianyang,Yan’an in other growing areas of Shaanxi Province were selected as the research objects.Study on tobacco quality evaluation,the tobacco quality evaluation model was established to get the value of tobacco comprehensive quality based on entropy method and catastrophe progression method.Then tobacco leaves were classified by Cluster Analysis Method.Finally the classification result was verified by discriminant Analysis,and from the perspective of classification accuracy,the effectiveness of the tobacco quality evaluation model was verified.Study on the influencing factors of sensory quality,the author used the grey correlation analysis method to research the influence degree of each index in chemical composition on the sensory quality.The following results are obtained by the analysis and research on two aspects of the comprehensive quality and the influence factors of the sensory quality of the tobacco leaves in Qinba,Shaanxi Province.There are 106 first-class tobaccos,accounting for 69.74%,34 medium tobaccos,accounting for 22.37% and 12 inferior tobaccos,accounting for 7.89%.And using discriminant analysis to predict tobacco quality,the classification accuracy is above 82%.The better tobacco areas in Shaanxi Province are Ankang,Shangluo,Hanzhong and Baoji in Qinba area,especially in Ankang.The sort of the importance of chemical composition on the sensory quality is starch>the ratio of potassium to chlorine>the ratio of sugar to nicotine>nicotine>reducing sugar>total sugar>chlorine>potassium.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation model of tobacco quality based on entropy method and catastrophe progression method established in this paper is feasible and effective.According to the score got in the evaluation model,the quality of tobacco leaves in Shaanxi is better on the whole.Tobacco is suitable for planting in Qinba area,especially there are the best quality tobacco in Ankang.Therefore,it is necessary to prioritize tobaccos in Qinba area to overall enhance the quality of tobaccos in Shaanxi Province.Moreover,starch,the ratio of potassium to chlorine,the ratio of sugar to nicotine and nicotine have great impact on sensory quality.Focus should be placed on improving the coordination of chemical components of tobacco to enhance the sensory quality of tobacco leaves. |
