With the country's efforts to reduce emissions of pollutants,the dedusting equipments have been widely used in many enterprises.The glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP)pipe is one of the key components of wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP),which has the advantages of compact structure,corrosion resistance,high strength,maximize the use of space,stable quality,can be directly produced in a factory and simply installed etc,so it is widely applied.However,in the manufacturing process of GFRP pipe industry,the method of hand lay up is widely used,which is not only costly,inefficient,but also harmful to the health of workers.In this paper,according to the characteristics of GFRP pipe winding,and based on HNC system,an automatic winding production line which will improve the degree of automation of the production line,improve production efficiency and reduce production costs is designed.The main contents of this paper are as follows.First of all,this paper analyzes the technical requirements of the GFRP pipe production line and the winding process,combined with the actual situation,the overall scheme design of the automatic winding production line is put forward,including the design of the overall structure of the production line and the important mechanism,and the conceptual design of the control system,so as to achieve the hoop winding and radial winding of the GFRP pipe.Secondly,according to the requirement of multi-axis control for the second winding machine,dual-channel synchronous control is adopted to realize the control the 10 motors of the winding machine.Besides,in order to meet the requirement of synchronous control of feeding,the secondary development of PLC is adopted to control the speed of feeding motor by setting the pulse increment.Then the design of control system of the winding production line is completed,including the function selection of the servo drive module,the control of the industrial robot and the design of monitoring platform of the industrial tablet PC based on MFC.Finally,each unit winding equipment is debugged and tested combined with the "HNC-8" system.Besides,the tests are conducted including the reliability and stability of the mechanical structure as well as the rationality of the control system.The experimental resultsshow that the work done in this paper can meet the requirements of GFRP pipe winding production.
