Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP), it has the advantages of high tensilestrength, easy cutting, corrosion resistance, good fatigue resistance performance, lightweight and resistance to electric magnetic,etc. It is regarded as a new type material ofcoal roadway anchor and civil construction instead of steel and aluminum.Now, the pultrusion/winding molding process technology is an important technicalinnovation, according to the characteristics of the pultrusion and winding realized themolding at a time with continuous and lot sizing anchor rod body. The whole body ofthe GFRP anchor rod with all thread on the surface is thread structure. It is similar to thebar of variable cross-section of composite materials. This process can completely solvethe problem of pultrusion interfacial bond preform rod body and tail of the moldedportion.The bolt has higher tensile strength, but also can obtain the thread form of thecomplete rules.This thesis, taking a supporting material co., LTD. Handan pultrusion/windingmodeling machine as the research object, adopting the combination of theory andpractice experience ideas, the anchor rod of forming technology has been improved.Paper mainly includes the following contents: first, it introduced the main supportingtheory of anchor, the application status about the bolt support at home and abroad, andthe development situation of the GFRP anchor rod body molding process, analysis theuse outlook of the anchor rod as new materials. Second, introduces the specificproduction process of the pultrusion/winding modeling, and the optimization of processparameters in three levels of the four main factors as bake temperature, heating time, theresin viscosity and the cooling way, which influence the mechanical properties ofanchor has been done based on the orthogonal experiment. Moreover, based on theproe5.0software, the winding device’s entity model is established, and simplified, themodel is imported in ADAMS.The simulation software analysis the stability ofmechanism before and after transformation. In terms of electric control, using PLC tocontrol frequency converter for constant tension and linear velocity of forming wirepay-off and winding.It embodied in the open-loop tension control, vector speed andclosed loop torque control. Finally the paper is on the quality detection methods and thefuture development trend of the GFRP anchor rod.
