Anti-stab clothing has been widely used in military and civilian fields after many years of research.Anti-stab clothing should not only meet the requirements of anti-stab,but also make the anti-stab clothing more lightweight and softer.In this dissertation,hard Si C particles were coated on the fabric to achieve this purpose.There were some mainly contents as the following:Firstly,single layer stab-resistant fabric was prepared.The dispersion stability of Si C particles was characterized by relative sedimentation height.Mixed the polyacrylate adhesive,adjusted the ratio.When the weight ratio of Si C: ethylene glycol: water: adhesive =2:1:1:4,the fabric reach the highest strength.Fabric was coated with different coating thickness and coating layer,after static strength stab test.The puncture strength increases with the coating thickness,the maximum puncture strength can be reached when the coating layer was 3 layers.The stab-resistant mechanism of single layer stab-resistant fabric was analyzed.Secondly,multi-layer stab-resistant fabric was prepared.The single layer fabric with the best performance was used as the basic unit,and the basic unit is multilayer composite.The multilayer stab resistant fabric was prepared by three methods of stitching,hot pressing bonding and resin curing.Finally,the results showed that the fabric made by hot pressing can achieve good stab-resistant property and good fabric softness,so it was the best composite method for multi-layer fabric.Polyacrylate was selected as adhesive,it was found that the coated fabric with larger particle size was placed on the surface,and smaller particle size was placed on the bottom,which is beneficial to improve the stab resistance of the fabric.Thirdly,we studied on the theory of fabric stab-resistant.This paper analyzes the force condition of fabric under the action of knife,and the stab-resistant theory of clothing.When the knife was conical shape,the maximum shear force can be obtained,and the knife will tear the fabric more easily.When the pentagon knife angle is 63.1o,the shearing force of fabric is the highest.When the hexagonal knife angle is 57.3o,the shearing force of cutter fabric is the highest.The greater the tool speed,the greater the puncture force of the fabric.Finally,we tested the softness of stab-resistant fabric.This stab-resistant property of the prepared stab-resistant fabric conforms to the standard requirement,and the softness of the fabric was tested on the basis of this test.The 10000 mesh Si C coated fabric has better air permeability and softness,the softness of multi-layer composite fabric decreases when the number of layers increased.Compared with the existing stab-resistant clothing,the softness is greatly improved.In view of the disadvantages of the stabbing testers,we puts forward the idea to improve the existing stabbing tester.
