With the continuous increase in the demand for rural houshold energy,the gap of household energy consumption between urban and rural residents is gradually narrowing,the irrational use of rural energy structure and the phenomenon of backward energy supply is also increasingly prominent.In order to rationally develop and utilize the abundant clean energy resources of rural areas in China and promote the sustainable development of ecol-village,the research on evaluation and optimization of clean energy utilization in village energy utilization in village was carried out in this thesis.Firstly,the evluation and optimization basis of clean energy utilization was analyzed.in this thesis,the connotation and types of clean energy utilization in the village was defined,as well as its influence and effect was analyzed from three aspects of economy,environment and society,and the kinds and calculating methods of household energy in village was summarized.Secondly,a village clean energy utilization green evaluation model was built.The evaluation index system was divided into control items,general items,preferred item.Through the judge of control items to determine whether the clean energy utilization of evaluation object meet the relevant national standards.The general evaluation index system was divided into four aspects including economic applicability,environmental friendliness,social sustainability and support system,and evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and extension multi-factor evaluation method.The regional suitability indicator was set as preferred item to encourage the village to use local resources.Thirdly,a clean energy utilization structure optimization model was put forward.In this thesis,the use of village houshold energy was set as decision variables,and the objective functions were set up as minimized cost,minimized emission,maximized social acceptance and maximized use of local resources,and constraint functions were set as energy demand and local resource supply.Based on the fuzzy multi-objective linearprogramming method,the multi-objective was transformed into the single-objective programming model by setting the target weights.The model can describes the relationship between the goals and variables of the village clean energy utilization system,and provides practical and effective recommendations for village energy construction management decision-making.Finally,Yanhe Village,Hubei Province was taken as an example.From weighing results of houshold energy by standard coal accounting,firewood is still the main components which accounting for 50.06% of the total houshold energy,and annual per capita houshold energy is 384 kgce / person.Clean energy utilization level of Yanhe Village is D,indicating that the clean energy utilization level is poor,need to carry out structural optimization.After multi-objective optimization,the ideal energy structure of Yanhe Village was gotten successfully.Aiming at the biogas optimization,the full commissioned management model of biogas in Yanhe village was put forward.
