As the tobacco industry has been greatly developed,tobacco companies in all areas are building modern tobacco logistics centers to meet the actual business needs,toimprove the service level of the industry and to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Logistics equipment have been replaced from outdated manual sorting line and ordinary warehouse to automatic sorting machine,top storage shelves and automatic replenishment line.This change has improved production efficiency,reduced labor intensity and reduced labor costs for tobacco industry,but in the meantime ithas brought new problems.For example,Logistics production activities are more and more dependent on the equipment;equipment operating conditions greatly affect the efficiency of the entire distribution center operations.Therefore,equipment management has become particularly important.JH Tobacco Company opened a new logistics center in 2015.In the storage link,manipulator is adopted to palletize and stacking machines,top storage shelvesare adopted to warehouse;in the replenishment link,shuttles,chain machines,box-opening machines and other machines are adopted;in the package link,sorting machines,packaging machines,labeling machines and other equipment are adopted for sorting and package of cigarettes.By doing this,the category,quantity and complexity of equipment have been greatly improved.Therefore,the previous breakdown-repair mode is no longer suitable.The management of equipmentcannot do without an equipment management platform which is suitable for JH Tobacco Distribution Center.After studying equipment maintenance experience both at home and abroad,the Equipment Staff Management Platform is designed.It advocates whole staff participation,focuses on on-site management,aims to improve key equipment,optimizes production status,pursues the highest production efficiency and strives to achieve no equipment failure and no accident.This paper analyzes the status quo of equipment management in JH Tobacco Distribution Center and completes the following researches on the basis of the staff management theory:Firstly,a set of mobile terminal equipment management platform is established.The platform is used to: complete the basic information,rules and regulations of equipment management;optimize the inspection and maintenance processes;provide query and analysis of historical data;record maintenance history;help staff learn decision-making;optimize the management of spare parts by recording the purchasing time,quantity,storage place and other information of spare parts.With the help of the platform,the whole staff will be closely linked,which will facilitate the management of superiors to the whole staff;equipment maintenance staff to equipment;and operators to daily work.Finally,all staff can learn from each other through the platform to improve the learning efficiency and achieve the purpose of rapidly upgrading their skills.Secondly,key technological difficulties met in the weakest link of equipment operation are tackled.After analyzingevery part of equipment operation,we found out that the weakest links are automatic box-opening machine and horizontal sorting machine.Members of the staff equipment management team carried out a series of research activities on these two links to find out the crux of the problem and then carried out independent improvement activities on the equipment.The results were satisfactory.Finally,the equipment operation of the unpacking machine and sorting line are improved,thus the short board in the production process is solved and the overall operation efficiency is improved.Thirdly,field management is carried out.All staff members work together to create a neat and comfortable working environment,maintaingood production order,enhance staff's enthusiasm for equipment management activities,improve equipment operation and maintenance efficiency,and create a harmonious atmosphere of equipment management.After conducting the above activities,JH Tobacco Distribution Centerimproves equipment management participation of deliveryman,improves the level of equipment management,reduces equipment failure and increases production efficiency.The study not only helps JH Tobacco Distribution Center to manage equipment but also provides reference for the implementation of plant management in other companies.
