Study On The Loss And Evaluation Of Major Events Of Food Safety

The research on the evaluation of accidental loss of food safety is an important part of the research on food safety theory.At present,there are relatively few researches on the loss of food safety events,but in other fields,such as meteorology,agriculture,construction,road transportation and other fields have many researchs on the loss of events.At present,domestic scholars for food safety research mostly remain at the macro level,most of the study is:food safety policy formulation,food safety supervision and control,food safety countermeasures and suggestions,few people pay attention to the loss of food safety events.In major food safety incidents,most of people focus only on the direct economic losses,while the indirect loss is not enough.As a matter of concern,indirect losses are also an important part of the loss of food safety events.If we can not understand the indirect loss of measurement,we can not fully understand the food safety hazards caused by major events.The study on the loss of food safety is not only the improvement of China's food safety theory system,but also from the perspective of measurement of China's food safety theory has opened up a new perspective,but also bring help on the state,enterprises and food consumers can have a comprehensive view of food safety incidents.Through a large number of literature research,the paper establishes the evaluation system of major event of food safety,and measures the loss of major food safety on the basis of evaluation system.The establishment of the evaluation system of major food safety is the basis of the study of loss measurement.After studying the relevant literatures at home and abroad,the three major losses in food safety are established:consumers,enterprises,society,and then through the evaluation index system The relevant principles,and the main body of the three major segments,and finally established a specific loss.For the specific loss,this paper that should not be confined to the intuitive economic losses,but also the indirect loss of measurement,such as:the loss of consumers,the value of consumer services,loss of corporate reputation,etc.,this is a complete measurement The total loss of the event.In the measurement process,the most important thing is to select the appropriate measurement model,for most of the direct economic losses do not need to measure the model,only a simple operation can be obtained loss of value,the difficulty lies in the measurement of indirect losses.This paper introduces the gray system theory to measure the mental loss of consumers,measure the loss of consumer labor value with the theory of human capital,and measure the loss of goodwill value of the enterprise by excess return method.Based on the establishment of the evaluation system of major food safety loss,this paper summarizes the role of food safety and major event loss management,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the loss of food safety in China from the angle of government,enterprises and consumers.
