Automatic screw machine has been widely used in China.At present,it has a very broad application prospect in many enterprises.It can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.The demand for different kinds of automatic screw machine control system is also increasing in the market.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop an efficient screw machine control system which can process different workpieces.Based on the research results of screw machine system at home and abroad,a double Y-axis screw machine control system with friendly man-machine interface is developed.The main research work and achievements are as follows:1)The functional requirements of screw machine control system are analyzed.Combining with the characteristics of embedded system,the hardware architecture of STM32F103VCT6 as the main control chip is designed.The overall control scheme of the system is described in detail,and the hardware circuit of the motion controller is designed and completed.2)Analyzing the requirement of human-computer interaction interface,according to the design principle of human-computer interaction interface,designing the overall framework of human-computer interaction interface,and designing a user-friendly human-computer interaction control system,elaborating the main functional interfaces in detail.3)Design and implement the S-type speed planning curve of the screw machine control system,and use the test platform to optimize the speed curve to improve the speed of the screw machine;design and implement a dynamic programming path optimization algorithm,which can reduce the total lockout path stroke and further improve the processing efficiency.4)According to the overall control scheme of the system,the functional software of the human-computer interaction control subsystem and the motion control system is developed,including the design of the main program,the initialization of the system,the design of the sub-functions of the system,such as touch processing function,display processing function and action execution control function,and the functional debugging of the system is completed.Finally,the thesis summarizes the research contents,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the system,and looks forward to the optimization of the screw machine control system.
