The Design And Research Of Wearable Child's Body Temperature Monitoring Garment

In recent years,with the emphasis on health and the development of related electronic technology,smart clothing has become a hot topic.By integrating the physiological signal acquisition and processing equipment into the clothing,the smart clothing can monitor the physiological indexes of the human body in real time when people wearing daily clothes.And body temperature,as an crucial physiological index of human body,plays an important role in physiological monitoring of special population(such as children).Based on the research status and development trend of wearable temperature equipment,this paper designs and studies wearable children's body temperature monitoring clothing from the direction of textile and clothing.Firstly,from three aspects of temperature sensor principle,structure characteristic and fabric structure theory,the structure distribution diagram and three fabric structure diagram of temperature measuring fabric are designed,and three kinds of fabrics with different fineness yarns are woven and analyzed.Secondly,the temperature measuring fabric with different weaving structure and yarn fineness are tested and analyzed by three experimental methods which includes thermostat plate temperature,body temperature,and washed thermostat plate temperature.Thirdly,in this paper,not only the integrated temperature measuring fabric is designed,but also the bending and frictional tests are carried out.Then,the production of body temperature monitoring clothing is based on the principles of functional clothing design,children's clothing design,the style design,structure design and previous experiments and analysis.Finally,the clothing subjective evaluation are carried out,the results show that the researchers are satisfied with the clothing performance of children's temperature measuring clothing.This paper provides a new idea and new theory for the application of wearable body temperature monitoring equipment in textile and clothing field,and the paper has certain reference value in the field of wearable monitoring medical clothing.
