The economy of China has changed from high speed growth stage to high quality development stage,which urgently needs the strategic support of clean and efficient energy.The natural gas industry is ushering in "golden opportunity period".PetroChina Jiangxi A branch is a subordinate enterprise of PetroChina west-east gas pipeline company.As one of the largest units in the country's largest gas pipeline network operator,it shoulders the important responsibility to promote the firm's steady development,which requires the company to strengthen its core competitiveness,and the construction of enterprise culture is to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The important factors are conducive to the rational and effective allocation of existing resources for enterprises,to create a good enterprise atmosphere and enterprise image,and to provide the source of power for the firm's steady development.On the basis of combing the theory of enterprise culture,this paper summarizes the characteristics of mixed culture,political culture and paramilitary organization culture through a lot of investigation and analysis of the enterprise culture construction of China Petroleum Jiangxi A company.And Specific measures include Highlighting cultural propaganda,establishing organizations,unifying the system and concepts,promoting special cultural construction,caring for the lives of employees,shaping the image of enterprises,and fulfilling social responsibilities.Through the questionnaire survey method and the nterview with some employees,we can find the short board of A company culture construction and its deep reasons.Combining with corporate culture construction in the United States and Japan,this paper tries to explore the next direction of the enterprise culture construction in the A company,insisting on the principle of inclusive,benefit,people-oriented and innovation.This paper puts forward the promotion strategy of enterprise culture construction from four levels,and puts forward some concrete measures to implementing the strategy,including promote the construction of enterprise culture.
