With the continuous development and reform of the times,great changes have taken place in the international market economic environment,and the domestic market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Based on the development background of the new era,the vast majority of domestic enterprises have optimized and upgraded their production,operation and management.Combined with the status quo of production management and cultural construction in the leap forward development of Fengcheng oilfield,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of enterprise culture in depth analysis and research.Under normal circumstances,the construction of corporate culture is divided into three steps,including corporate culture consultation,cultural design and cultural landing.First of all,through the analysis of the internal and external environment of corporate culture construction,questionnaire or face-to-face conversation and other different forms,master the relevant data and information,and use the methods of inductive summary and normative analysis to inquire into the four aspects of the corporate culture construction,namely,ideological culture,system culture,behavior culture and material culture.Secondly,on the basis of the above research,it is concluded that there are four problems in the construction of enterprise culture in Fengcheng oilfield operation area.The first is that the corporate culture spirit is not fully publicized and implemented,and the enterprise mission and vision are not clear.Second,there is a lack of effective induction and summary in the construction of institutional culture,which can not form an executable and operable system.In the process of implementation,there is no organic unity with the working methods of employees.Third,there are some problems in the construction of material culture,such as the single construction content,the lack of Fengcheng characteristics and the single way of enterprise publicity.Fourthly,there are some problems in the construction of behavior culture,such as the poor communication between the superior and the subordinate,and the lack of attraction of cultural activities.Lastly,after comprehensive analysis and judgment,the concept of enterprise development,system construction,behavior,material four aspects of design and planning,to meet the actual needs of enterprise development,building enterprise culture in line with the actual needs of employees,and can be orderly promoted.Finally,in order to ensure the timely implementation of corporate culture and constantly promote the development of enterprises,in the specific research process,we focus on four aspects,such as cohesion,training and learning,to give reasonable solutions and measures to ensure the landing of corporate culture,and constantly optimize and refine the corporate culture,so as to make the landing effect more prominent and more obvious,and give great significance to the actual development of the enterprise Big push.
