Research On Risk Management Of Chuanhu Wastewater Interception Project In Changchun City

Based on the theory of risk management,this paper studies the problems existing in the management of pollution closure project in Changchun City.The related research on risk management in engineering projects is mainly summarized from three aspects: risk identification,risk assessment and risk control.Based on the exploration of risk control management strategies and related management concepts,the risk management strategies and methods in Changchun Lake Series Pollution Closure Project are put forward.Based on the theory of risk management when the project is being carried out,this paper predicts the risk factors in time,and makes a simple analysis from the perspective of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control.In the detection of variability and the project as a whole,the risk in the pollution closure project of Changchun Lake Series is discussed in detail from various angles of the project.This paper discusses the risk factors in the process of Changchun Lake Series Pollution Closure Project from the micro and macro perspectives.The summary of risk factors is explored from natural risk,construction risk and operation risk.A reasonable assessment is made for the causes of the risks and the risk factors.Among the micro-risk factors,the risk that has a greater impact on the project should also be explored reasonably.Combined with the possible losses caused by the pollution closure project in Changchun City,the management system in the process of the current project development is discussed in detail.From the macro and micro point of view,the risk of Chuanhu Sewage Project in Changchun City is effectively prevented and controlled.Avoid the risk of problems affecting the progress of the project or the economic losses it brings.
