Research On Pressure Comfort Of Aerobics Sports Bra Based On Skin Blood Flow

With the national fitness program carried out,the aerobics sport has become more and more women's choices for fitness and shaping with its relaxed,graceful,flexible and easy learning features.aerobics classes in schools,aerobics gym teaching,and the following is the comfort of clothing has become the focus of attention in the aerobics movement.This study starts with the aerobics sports bra and explores the stress comfort of aerobics sportswear.The research includes:(1)A questionnaire survey of young women with aerobics habits shows that stress comfort is a more attractive index of their wearing comfort.In terms of sports bra brand satisfaction,30.12% of the respondents chose Decathlon and ranked first among the surveyed brands.Through the investigation of people's preference for sports bras,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the research and development of Aerobics bras.(2)Based on the study of pressure comfort at home and abroad,different sizes of Decathlon sports bras were used as sample clothes,20 young women whose bust close to 75 B were selected as subjects,under static standing and aerobics exercise respectively,subjectively evaluate the wearing comfort of sports bra,and using fuzzy mathematics method to get the different measuring points pressure comfort rankings.From the subjects subjectively evaluated,10 young women of similar shape were selected as subject of objective experiment.Under static standing,aerobics exercise state and after exercise,the pressure and blood flow at different measuring points were measured to analyze the influence factors of pressure comfort and the effect of pressure on skin blood flow.(3)Combined with the subjective and objective evaluation,pressure comfort range of different measurement points was obtained.Based on the statistics of the blood flow experimental results corresponding to the comfortable pressure range,the average blood flow variation corresponding to the comfortable dress pressure range of each part was obtained.In this way,the connection between the pressure and human physiological indicators can be established to provide a physiological basis for the development and design of aerobics bras.
