Variable warp pile height cut pile weaving machine using double shuttle mouth double weaving weaving method,after the cut pile to form two sides of the surface of the flat warp pile weaving belt.In order to meet the technical requirements of an enterprise to increase the width of the weaving belt,increase the weft force of the weft beating mechanism and reduce the quality defects such as uneven surface and lateral bending of the weaving belt on the basis of the main frame,main drive system and warp feeding mechanism of the original cut pile weaving machine,this paper firstly studies the principle of double layer weaving with double shuttle mouth,establishes the calculation model of the main weaving process parameters of the pile fabric,and then takes the increase and increase of the weft density as the target.Then,with the objective of increasing and increasing the weft density,the improvement plan of the weft guiding mechanism and the weft beating mechanism is determined,the detailed design of the two mechanisms and their optimisation are completed,and finally the physical processing and operation verification of the weft beating mechanism are completed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.1.The variable pile high wool strip weaving machine weaving process and weaving parameters to study.Firstly,the original cut pile woolen strip weaving machine is mapped,the functional principle of the mechanical system is analysed and the process timing of the weft leading,weft beating and opening mechanism is obtained in reverse.Then a model is established to calculate the warp tension of the ground warp and pile warp yarn at the warp feeding,opening and weft beating in the double weaving process of the double shuttle,and to analyse the influence of the weaving parameters such as shuttle opening angle,pile height and loading tension on the ground warp yarn tension and pile warp yarn tension.Finally,the influence of weaving parameters such as weft density and pile height on the weft resistance is analysed to obtain the total weft resistance.2.On the basis of the main drive system of the original machine,the improvement of the guide rod mechanism is determined.First of all,in order to meet the needs of the enterprise to increase the width of the weaving belt and to have no lateral bending of the weaving belt,the straight line weft guiding scheme of the rod guiding mechanism is determined.Then,the speed fluctuation of the weft needle during the working stroke is taken as the optimisation target,and constraints such as stroke constraint and minimum drive angle are added to optimise the parameters of each component based on the MATLAB Optimisation Toolbox.Finally,based on ADAMS software,the kinematics and dynamics of the improved guide rod mechanism are analysed.3.Based on the main frame and main drive system of the original model,the Watt Ⅱ six-link rod was determined as the improvement scheme of the weft beating mechanism.Firstly,in order to improve the beating force and reduce the oscillation of the reed at the rear centre,the reed is optimised with the minimum oscillation angle fluctuation at the rear centre as the target.Finally,the kinematic and dynamics analysis of the improved weft beating mechanism is carried out based on ADAMS software.4.Structural design,machining and on-site implementation of the improved weft beater.Firstly,the structural design of the weft beating mechanism is carried out according to the load requirements and installation space.Then,the finite element analysis software is used to check the stiffness and strength of the key parts.Finally,the weft beating mechanism was machined,installed and commissioned on site.The feedback from the field engineers shows that the improved weft beating mechanism has improved the stability of the mechanism,increased the weft beating force and improved the surface flatness of the webbing.
