With the development of China's economic construction and the continuous development of various undertakings,the industrial textile has become more and more important in various fields.Especially in recent years,many natural disasters and public security incidents have been taken place in all of the world,and people's urgent need for tents is growing day by day.The purpose of this project is to develop a military fabric with high strength,durability and fire resistance.High strength polyethylene fiber is a high performance fiber with high strength,high modulus,light quality,good chemical stability,light resistance,low temperature and long service life.High strength polyester fiber is also a high performance fiber,with high breaking strength,good elasticity,good heat resistance,good light resistance,good corrosion resistance and good color fastness.Aramid 1313 is a fiber which has good mechanical properties,excellent fire resistance and heat resistance,chemical resistance,excellent radiation resistance and durability.This subject mainly research on the filaments of high strength polyethylene,aramid 1313 as well as aramid yarn,including the tensile strength,acid-proof alkaline,and wear-resisting performance.Use the high strength polyethylene and high-strength polyester as core yarn,aramid 1313 fibre as outsourcing yarn,after spinning ring spun,finally become covered yarn.Then testing strength quality in two kinds of coated yarn made of spinning.Observing their the cross section under the microscope and analyzing their coating uniformity.Testing the yarn irregularity and analyzing the factor on evenness of coated yarns between the control group and the experimental group.Through the design of the fabric appearance and physical mechanical properties,finally choosing the plain weave to spin the fabric tissue,and design the technological parameters of the fabric by using the principle of geometrical structure.Thread count is 182×181 per yarn/cm,fabric porosity is 19.83%,tightening of warp and weft is 51.76% and 51.48%.The fabric has smooth appearance and texture,after tearing,strength,abrasion resistance and flame retardant and a series of performance tests,according to the data,it shows that sample A1 and sample B1 has tearing strength of 580.58 N and 502.53 N,tensile strength of 3803.27 N and 1785.76 N,the number of wear-resistant is 103 and 99.In fire resistant,the damaged length is36 mmand 40mm and the time of continuing-burn time is 0.through the analysis of experimental data can be concluded that the product of a lot of excellent related factors.The outsourcing of aramid fiber can guarantee good fire resistance of the product,high strength polyethylene and high-strength polyester fiber and can guarantee the strength of the cover fabric.In this way,it is theoretically possible to realize the complementary advantages and improve the performance indexes,and the strength and elasticity of the two yarns.Combine the excellent properties of several fibers can overcome their shortcomings,developed a high strength,flame retardant of the tent cover fabric.In line with the expectation of product performance,it provides reference for the future process design and industrial production.
