It is very important for China to strengthen cultural exchange by internationally promoting school-running level,ensuring the common harmonious development with other countries around the world and enhancing the international influence and effectiveness.Presently,there are few tea culture related materials of foreign students education,and most of them are content simple.With the help of media,tea culture has spread rapidly and wisely;therefore,research should be conducted and further studied to help improve the development of the education of foreign students by comprehending the characteristics of tea culture in China and at the same time promoting the learning of Chinese vocabulary.Based on the concept and present research situation of instructional design research of tea culture,there is an elaboration of meanings and functions by setting tea culture curriculum in education for foreign students through literature analysis,word frequency analysis and induction analysis method.Tea culture teaching materials,teaching objective orientation,teaching content selection and so on will be designed and compiled making instructional design a systematic and scientific way and thus forms a paper with educational and practical significance.This article consists of five chapters.In the first chapter,author introduces the background of this research consisting of research status in China and in foreign countries,the research purpose and significance and the research ideas and methods.In the second chapter,author combines the characteristics of studying foreign student education from the perspective of educational objectives and then analyzes demand of tea culture curriculum and teaching materials.The third chapter discusses the design concept of tea culture teaching materials that teaching materials and contents will be designed and developed and details of the design processes is also addressed.The fourth chapter is about teaching design and effect analysis of tea culture course.Some parts of the content in the textbooks will be selected.Based on this,there are design of teaching activities,investigation on teaching attitude and cognitive situation of students.Last but no least is the questionnaire for students and the result which proves the necessity and significance tea culture teaching for foreign students in vocabulary learning,attitude and cognition of tea culture.The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusion aspects as well as the innovation and deficiencies of this research.
