The21st century is the era of the knowledge capital. The world-wide economic and technological competition has become increasingly strong and the China's higher education has also raised new challenges. Education will promote science and technology and will lead the development. With this concept, the university has also been subject to safety major education a high priority, the modern safety education has been a rapid development. Since the shortage of occupational safety professionals and the confused status of enterprise safety education, research on safety education in China is increasingly important.In this paper, by using literature review, questionnaires, comparative research methods, mathematical statistics, etc., modern safety education system was analyzed and a modern safety education model and a new safety education system were builded. The new system can be used to provide a reference for our national safety education reform and development. The main research contents and contributions in the paper are as follows:1) On the basis of the collecting of relevant literatures of safety education over the wolrd and analysis of the concepts of safety education, the safety education and safety education science were compared and their differences were pointed out. The mechanism of safety education, basic principles, specific elements of safety education and the relationship between the various elements were initially identified. The important factors of safety education on the subject, the object and the impact factor were selected.2) From the view of two factors on the main safety education and safety education point of the object, successful implementation on safety education were analysed. By the assumption that the main object, design of the questionnaire and a preliminary analysis of survey results, the main object of the factors affecting the successful implementation of safety education were then be clearly. Safety education of object and subject were initially identified and the association between them was set up.3) By making the comparative analysis of the safety education methods, some suitable measures for safety education were proposed. Also, the good educational methods for the individual and grouping safety education of enterprise were selected. Furthermore, systematic educational methods of safety education were analysed in a comprehensive extent. Also, the innovating method was verified to be feasibility in safety education.4) Optimizing approaches for implementation of safety education programs were conducted. All relevant factors affecting the safety education were proposed. Some programs for the safety education and implementation of the basic processes were designed. The innovating flowchart for inproving safety education was vertified to be feasibility. These research results provide a good solution for interprises to improve their safety education.
