The production of coal mine comprehensive mechanized working face,the mutual use of electrical and mechanical equipment is the key to the safe production of the working face.Failure of any one equipment will result in the failure of the entire working surface,and even safety accidents on the body and equipment.Therefore,under the guarantee of safe production,improving the efficiency of fully mechanized mining equipment has become an important issue in the production of coal mine comprehensive mechanized working face.This paper takes the coal mining machine,one of the key equipments of the mechanized working face,and the transport machine in the transportation system as the research object.By studying the traction speed of the shearer,the propulsion speed of the working face,the coal output and the coal wall of the mining face,etc.Influence,combined with the impact of the speed of the belt conveyor on the coal mining volume of the shearer in the actual process of coal transportation,considering the relationship between the shearing speed of the shearer and the operating speed of the conveyor,based on the actual application conditions,comparison Analyze the control method of frequency conversion speed regulation,and finally choose reasonable PLC frequency conversion speed regulation technology to achieve the purpose of optimizing the comprehensive mining equipment,increasing the output and ensuring the safety of man and machine.In order to improve the output and economic benefits of the mine,this paper takes the specific situation of a comprehensive mechanized coal mining face in a mine as an example,and uses PLC frequency conversion speed control technology to control the coal cutting quantity by controlling the traction motor of the working face shearer to achieve safe production.With the purpose of efficient coal cutting.In addition,this technology is also applied to control the running speed of the transporter,solving the practical problems in many production processes such as the inability of the transporter to start due to the large amount of coal cutting,and achieving a win-win situation of safety and efficiency.
