| With the increasing demanding for the machining accuracy,processing efficiency and processing quality,the static and dynamic characteristics of the machine tool structure have become an important index to evaluate the overall performance of the machine tools.In this paper,based on the dynamic design theory of mechanical structure,adopting the combination of CAD/CAE technology,aimed at improving the static and dynamic performance of key components and the whole machine,the modeling,the static and dynamic characteristics analysis of vertical CNC machining center VMC650’s key components and the whole machine,and the dynamic design of key components are finished.The design technology of parametric design,dynamic design technology and ANSYS secondary development technology are integrated into the design process of CNC machining center,we have developed the CNC Machining Centers Dynamic Design System which can according to user needs,quickly designed a high reliability,good performance of CNC machining center.The main research achievements are obtained in this paper:1.Using parametric design technology of PRO/E,the key components of vertical machining center VMC650 and the whole machine are modeled.Using finite element method,the static and dynamic characteristics analysis of CNC machining center’s key components and the whole machine are finished.Key components-column and lathe bed’s weak link is found out,it provides the design basis for the development of dynamic design work.2.Based on the dynamic design theory of mechanical structure,using the method of variational analysis,variational static and dynamic analysis of the column and lathe bed structure are finished.The influence of internal rib’s size on the static and dynamic performance is studied,it provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable selection of structure size of column and lathe bed’s inner ribs and improving the structure of static and dynamic performance.According to the basic principle of the dynamic design of the machine tool structure,structural improvement of the column is carried out,and the static and dynamic performance of the column and the whole machine are improved.The above lays the theoretical foundation for the development of the dynamic design module in the CMDS system which is based on the users’ needs.3.According to the functional requirements and performance requirements of the CMDS system system,the overall scheme design of CMDS system is carried out,and the function framework of CMDS system software is improved.Based on the basic principle of product family design and modular design,the module division and the product family construction are carried out for the CNC machining center,and the established excellent product and component models are added to the system platform.The further development of the system database is carried out,and the effective management of the system data is realized.4.Based on the CMDS system function,application of ANSYS secondary development technology and C++ software programming technology,the software development of the static analysis module,modal analysis module and dynamic design module are carried out on the CMDS system.The dynamic design function of the CMDS system has been realized,and the personalized design efficiency and quality has been improved. |
