An anchor chain as a chain between the anchor and the hull,used to convey and cushion the external forces of the ship,is an important part of the ship anchoring equipment.At present,an anchor chain manufacturing process often requires more than a dozen processes,in which the anchor chain weld grinding process is usually manually grasped by hand grinding wheel grinding to weld,not only low production efficiency,dust damage to the human body,and polished welding Seam surface quality is not high,or even reach the production requirements.The purpose of this paper is to study the weld grinding process of the anchor chain.The main contents are as follows:The design of the chain grinding automation production line,the use of SolidWorks software to complete the physical modeling.Mainly by the ABB 6700 six degrees of freedom joint robot and belt triangular grinding machine composed of grinding system,and the upper and lower tower wheel mechanism,anchor chain feed conveyor belt mechanism,vertical chain grinding mechanism,flat chain grinding mechanism.The structure of the belt grinding machine is analyzed in detail,and the main technical parameters of the equipment are determined.The influence of belt speed,robot feed rate and grinding depth on the life of belt is analyzed by orthogonal test.The optimum process parameters of the system are obtained.The practical application shows that the grinding efficiency and the belt life are improved,which is of great significance to the grinding parameters of the robot.The strength and mode of the grinding machine were studied.Ansys Workbench software was used to analyze the grinding machine,and its modal analysis was carried out to optimize the key parts of the grinding machine,improve its natural frequency,avoid the resonance frequency of the motor and meet the design requirements.The workstation of the anchor chain grinding system was established by RobotStudio,and the virtual simulation was carried out.Through the introduction of the model,the system configuration and the establishment of the tool and the workpiece coordinate system,the automatic grinding path is generated and the robot program is written.Through the off-line programming and simulation debugging,the rationality of the layout of the grinding system is verified,which provides a reliable basis for the design of the production line.The design and research of this paper can effectively improve the production efficiency and surface quality of the anchor weld,and reduce the labor intensity and production cost.It has some practical reference significance for the research of industrial abrasive belt grinding system.
