Under the background of the Internet information age,enterprises are in a complex and dynamic environment.The speed of development of enterprises is far behind the speed of change in the times,which increases the uncertainty of business operations.In order to better respond to changes in the dynamic environment,organizations More frequent interaction with the environment is required.Enterprises can continue to survive and develop by continuously integrating resources and capabilities to achieve strategic transformation in the interaction with the environment.CNOOC Sales Sichuan Company is a state-owned enterprise in the market economy,and it has certain special characteristics.On the one hand,he is a state-owned enterprise.He is influenced by the institutional environment of state-owned enterprises and accepts the leadership and supervision of state-owned enterprises.On the other hand,he is in a highly competitive market environment and needs to be influenced by the dynamic environment of the market.So how can enterprises smoothly achieve strategic transformation under the dual background of institutional environment and dynamic market environment? This is a research topic with strong practical significance.Based on the perspective of dynamic capabilities,this paper constructs CNOOC Sales Sichuan Company.From the perspective of the dynamic capabilities of logistics enterprises,this paper constructs a strategic transformation process model of CNOOC based on dynamic capabilities.This paper conducts research according to the questions raised,literature review,case analysis,model construction,evaluation suggestions and practical application,clarifies the main components that affect the dynamic capabilities of enterprises,how to achieve dynamic capabilities,how dynamic capabilities and strategic transformation are How to promote corporate strategic transformation.First of all,this study examines the relevant theories of dynamic capabilities and strategic transformation,and takes CNOOC Sales Sichuan Company as a case study object.Based on strategic management theory,dynamic capability theory and strategic transformation theory,this paper carries out the current development strategy of the enterprise.the study.The PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external environment of the enterprise,and the current situation of the industry in which the enterprise is located is compared and analyzed.Through the internal analysis of the enterprise,the motivation,direction and the strategy of the strategic transformation of the Sichuan company in the process of strategic transformation are taken out.Strategy.Secondly,the case analysis method is used to analyze the connotation and essence of enterprise dynamic capability,and reveals the formation process of CNOOC's sales of Sichuan company's dynamic capabilities.The formation process of dynamic capabilities is mainly analyzed from the background of two aspects.On the one hand,enterprises are affected by the bureaucratic system under the institutional environment.Under the institutional logic of the bureaucratic system,enterprises must follow the rules and regulations formulated by the state,government,and industry.Accepting the leadership of state-owned enterprises,obtaining the legitimacy of the company in the process of completing the performance indicators of the head office,and obtaining the resources and capabilities of legality;on the other hand,the company is in a highly competitive market environment and is affected by the dynamic market environment,making the enterprise frequent Interacting with the market,continuously improving the efficiency of the enterprise in the process of interaction,thereby improving the dynamic capabilities of the company's capital operation capability,resource integration capability,and risk resistance capability.Under the interaction of institutional environment and market dynamic environment,enterprises constantly improve their dynamic capabilities.On this basis,this paper proposes a strategic transformation process model of CNOOC based on the dynamic capability of CNOOC,revealing a strategic transformation path of CNOOC sales Sichuan company in a dynamic environment.This study studies the strategic transformation of CNOOC Sales Sichuan Company from the perspective of dynamic capabilities,and provides a new perspective for understanding and explaining the phenomenon of strategic transformation.Finally,this study summarizes the experience and suggestions through the analysis of the strategic transformation process of CNOOC Sales Sichuan Company,and provides a model for the strategic transformation of related enterprises in the domestic energy industry.
