Beam column structure is an important large components to ensure the precision of water cutting machine,so this thesis takes the beam column structure of three typical machine tools provided by Nanjing DARDI Waterjet Co.,Ltd.as the research object,through the analysis of large components structural features using secondary development of ANSYS for structural analysis and optimization design.Combined with intelligent design theory and in-depth research of Case-Based Reasoning(CBR)technology,an intelligent design system for large components for water cutting machine has been developed,which has a certain promotional value.The specific research contents in this thesis are as follows:1.Use Visual C#.NET to design a friendly human-computer interaction interface and implement the input of design parameters and the output of analysis optimization results in the form of wizards.One-to-one match between input and output constitutes a case inserted in the MySQL database.Each functional module is individually programmed.Arguments passing between modules and organic combination of modules are realized through the database.2.Extract the design parameters based on structural features,convert the parameters input by the user into the APDL command stream(that is,parameter definitions),and then integrate the pre-edited APDL analysis files(including parametric modeling,analysis,solution and post processing).Extract the analysis results that the user cares about via one-click calling ANSYS for structural analysis.3.The optimization design is a continuous iterative process.The optimization control file is compiled to achieve single-objective optimization.Mass,strength,static stiffness or dynamic stiffness can be specified as optimization objective.Length,width,height and wall thickness of the beam are set as design variables.The system carries out 30 parameters redefinitions and cycle analysis in the variable range and obtains the optimal design under the given constraint conditions.4.Adopt template retrieval method and the nearest neighbor method to retrieve case.Firstly,exclude invalid cases and screen out candidate sets by template retrieval method.Secondly,match the cases in the candidate sets by nearest neighbor method.Finally,pick out the most similar case.It can be added to the case base after being reused.
