As the end of the 20 th century and the early 21 st century,the state vigorously develop the petrochemical industry,the number of pressure pipeline layout after a period of substantial increase,has now entered a stable period of development.Up to now,the chemical pressure pipeline into an "old age",to the safety management,cost control,risk prevention and safety and civilization production has brought a severe test.In order to improve the safety production quality of chemical pressure pipelines,in the context of many factors affecting the safety performance of pressure pipelines,the article from the chemical pressure pipeline where the environment,related equipment,facilities,production technology,personnel and management of six aspects of a comprehensive analysis may be pressure pipeline to bring harm to a variety of factors,combined with rough set and set to analyze the characteristics of the pressure pipeline safety assessment.The details are as follows:(1)Based on the comprehensive theoretical analysis and field investigation of the information,the factors that affect the safety production of chemical pressure pipelines are identified from six aspects.Qualitative analysis of each factor is carried out and then the calculation method is defined as the follow-up safety evaluation.(2)Ansys software was used to simulate and analyze the stress of the pressure pipeline under different defect conditions,and the remaining service life of the pipeline under different defect conditions was compared and the residual service life of the pipeline was introduced into the safety evaluation as an important index.(3)Combined with rough set and set pair analysis,a comprehensive safety evaluation model of pressure pipelines based on rough set pair analysis is established.Rough set software rosetta is applied to the selection of evaluation system index under given background condition,and the corresponding weight is given to it.Set pair analysis is used to determine the degree of connection in the number of multivariate links.The calculation result can obtain the security level and safety Directivity.Finally,the safety evaluation of pressure pipelines based on rough set pair analysis based on rough set analysis is used to evaluate the safety grade of Shuanghuan Chemical Industry in Hubei Province.The evaluation results are in good match with the actual situation.And puts forward the corresponding improvement measures to the beginning of the insufficiency.The results show that there are six factors that affect the safety of the environment in the comprehensive safety evaluation of the pressure pipeline,the environment,equipment,facilities,technology,personnel and management.The method based on rough set pair avoids the situation that the subjectivity of the previous evaluation method is high,and the decisive factors,the weight and the result are different in the different evaluation background.The method is scientific and applicability strong.
