In this paper,by using reverse phase emulsion polymerization method,acrylamide?AM?and diacrylamidodimethyl-propanesulfonic acid?AMPS?are selected as comonomer.The intrinsic viscosity of the product is 16.6 dL·g-1.The experiment obtains the optimum reaction conditions:the ratio of oil to water is 0.8:1,the mass percentage of dispersant is 5%,the stirring speed is 350,the concentration of initiator is 200 mg·kg-1,the concentration of EDTA·2Na is 80 mg·kg-1,the pH of the aqueous phase is 6.0,the ionic degree is 25%,the concentration of monomer is 38%.The copolymerization AM-AMPS-NVP and AM-AMPS-DMAA are carried out by the same experimental method and influence factors.The intrinsic viscosity of the polymer is 17.5 dL·g-1 and 18.1 dL·g-1 respectively.By the analysis of infrared spectroscopy,it indicates that the three kinds of polymer products are copolymerized with the target monomer.Three emulsion polymers can be completely dissolved in 5 mins after the addition of the phase ination agent.They all reflect a certain property of temperature tolerance and salt resistance.When AM-AMPS-NVP,AM-AMPS-DMAA and AM-AMPS are dissolved in the water of 65?and10000 mg/L NaCl,the results show that the viscosity of three kinds of polymer solution is 95,80,25 mPa·s respectively.When the concentration of the three polymers solution is 2000mg/L,oil displacement experiment based on medium-high permeability cores shows that the recovery of AM-AMPS-NVP system is raised 22.6%compared to the water flooding.It is 0.4 percentage points higher than that of the AM-AMPS-DMAA polymer system,and3.9 percentage points higher than the AM-AMPS polymer system.In the parallel experiment,when the concentration of the three polymers solution is 3000mg/L,the oil recovery of AM-AMPS-NVP system is raised 27.83%.It is 4.7 percentage points higher than that of the AM-AMPS polymer system,and 2.8 percentage points higher than the AM-AMPS-DMAA polymer system.
