Study On Impedance Tester Of Perishable Food Quality Based On The Technology About Internet Of Things

In the recent years, with the growth of perishable food safety problem constantlytaken place,more and more consumers are concerned about the safety of perishablefood.To solve the food quality and safety problem has already drawn public attentionwidely.In order to let all people eat trustworthy food,it is necessary to develop a set ofimpedance detection device based on perishable food quality and safety,as well asestablishing a set of automatic and standardized traceability system,moreover,thistraceability system must meet the need for the society.The development of biologyimpedance detection device and the growth of technology will make the traceabilitysystem possible.This article has conducted demand analysis of food quality and safety detectionsystem based on IOT technology, designed system framework,established functionmodel for the system,with mainly contains perceptual layer,network layer andapplication layer model,what’s more,it designed information model according to theprinciple off the traceability system.The information collecting layer of the five layerinformation model is being analyzed emphatically,so as to further analyze the keytechnology for achieving this function.According to the unique biology specialty food and sun up the existing impedancemeasurement,the biology impedance detection principle is analyzed,and there aimpedance detection device being designed which integrated impedance signalcollecting circuit,use AD8606and AD8618as preposition processing circuit whichmagnifying and filtering;the signal AD5933core is used as the main core whencollecting,through the100kHz\2Vpp voltage excitation source as target to bedetected,use the collected AD8608to preposition magnify and filter the signal, thentransfer the dealt signal to AD5933to conduct a series transformation including ADtransformation;use STM32produced by ARM920T core to conduct data managementand transfer;upload the final data to the upper computer display though MAX232serialand display in the way of digital output. This article use pig skin as sample which proved the accuracy of impedanceanalysis device.After30group of environment,the relationship between impedance andfresh is appeared.Indicate that there is a familiar relationship between the both.Thedesignation has low cost and low capacity and high portability with big significancefor the perishable food detection.
