Research Of Traceability Platform Of Grain Quality Safety Based On Things Of Internet

With the grain distribution system reform and continuous growth of the total amount of grain in circulation, the key node enterprises in grain supply chain cause quality problems frequently, which brings national crisis of grain security and the serious harm for consumers’ health.As China was impacted by the problem of grain quality seriously, the related regulatory authorities proposed that the big data, Internet of things and other modern information technology should be applied in grain industry to promote practice in grain quality problem management. Therefore, in order to improve the level of dynamic supervision in the State Grain and protect the health of residents, government regulatory authorities, enterprises in grain industry and consumers have reached a consensus that it is essential to establish China’s grain quality problem traceability system basing on the Internet of things and other information technology.Currently, our country hasn’t set up an effective traceability system for conquering grain quality problem. Besides, the development of grain industry exists a series of problem, such as information island effect between different enterprises, vulnerable mechanism, faulty legislations and insufficient quality inspection means. Thus, this paper mainly analyze the following aspects. Firstly, from the perspective of grain supply chain and carrier of grain traceability information, this paper thoroughly put forward a traceability model which is suitable for that research. Then, this paper analyzes the grain traceability information and researches the business process in circulation. Next, in order to make it easier to implement the information, this paper does much research in grain source code to make it applied in grain processing and logistics business, which will benefit enterprises and authorities the convenience to exchange information adequately. Finally, through a detailed analysis on interaction between different objects in the system, this paper elaborate the application in the circulation process based on the technology of the Internet of things and proposes the architecture of grain quality safety traceability platform.
