Chlorine worm amide kinds pesticides is the rise in recent years a new type ofnew pesticides, mechanism is unique, has the insecticidal spectrum, high activity, lessdosage, good environmental compatibility, occupies a considerable place in pesticidemarket, solving the control problem of lepidoptera insects in agroforestry. At present,the study of chlorine worm amides pesticides and development is a hotspot of pesticidedevelopment.By reading a large number of literatures, this paper summarizes synthesis, syntheticroute design, synthesis of the two series of new type containing fluorine chlorineamide class of pesticides. One is on the basis of chlorine worm benzamide, decoratedon substituent pyrazole ring and replace ethoxy, introduces two fluorine of anthranilicacid derivatives and1-(3-chloro pyridine-2-base)-3-2fluorine chlorine pyrazoleethoxy-4--5-formate synthesis were described in detail. Reaction includingphosgene closed loop, ring opening reaction of halogenated reaction, glucosinolatesreaction, such as the final target compound was synthesized by amidation. Another isthrough the trifluoro ethyl acetoacetate as raw materials, the introduction of the threegroups and synthesized three fluorinated methyl pyrazole ring, finally by amidationreaction and aniline derivatives containing three fluorinated methyl chloride wassynthesized amide class of pesticides.In this paper, some intermediate of synthesis methods and mechanism in detaildiscussed, and two series target compounds synthesized successfully, the targetcompounds were purified, through, nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum,infrared spectrum, element analysis method to determine the structure, and itsbiological activity test.
