In this paper,fluorine-containing acrylate emulsions were synthesized by core-shell emulsion polymerization.Low surface energy conductive paints were prepared by blending fluorocarbon emulsions and conductive fillers.The influence of kinds and amount of conductive fillers on the film conductive performance were investigated.A series of waterborne fluorinated acrylate emulsions were synthesized by core-shell emulsion polymerization of styrene(St),hexaflurobutyl acrylate(HFBA),methyl mathaacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA)and so on.The film hydrophobic properties were discussed when the nuclear monomers contained different molor ratios of St and HFBA.The results showed that when the molar ratio of St and HFBA was 1:1,surface tension of the emulsion was the lowest,the contact angle of water drop on the latex was the highest,the hydrophobic performance was the best;the coating hydrophobic properties were better,when activation temperature,activation time,activation atmosphere were 120?,30min,cyclohexane,without acrylic acid(AA).Polystyrene microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization.Blend them with fluorinated acrylate emulsions.Effect of rough structure at different ratios of Ps and fluorine-containing emulsions on the latex hydrophobic properties were also investigated.When the mass fraction of fluorine-containing emulsion was 50%,the dynamic advance and receding angles of the latex were 94.19° and 44.76°,the result stated hydrophobic property was better.Different morphologies of SnO2 and Sb-SnO2 have been prepared in different solvents by solve-thermal process with SnCl5·4H2O,SbCl3 and NaOH as mainly reactants.The results showed that when the reaction conditions were 180?,24h,5g/LPVP-k30,0.14mol·L-1SnCl4·5H2O in DMF and C2H5OH(the volume ratio is 1:1),the product was better crystalline worm structure SnO2.The UV light absorption was stronger.On the basis of the same other reaction conditions,when the molar ratio of tin salt and antimony salt was1:1,the morphology of Sb-SnO2 was micrometer rod structure.The average diameter and length of rods are 10 ?m and 100 ?m,respectively.Low surface energy conductive paints were synthesed by using fluorocarbon or silicon acrylic emulsions as the paint resins,mica powder,TiO2,Zn3(PO4)2 and Sb-SnO2 as conductive fillers,additive,dispersant.The influence of kinds and amount of conductive fillers and resins types on the film conductive performance were investigated.When light color micrometer rod structure Sb-SnO2 as conductive filler was added in fluorine-containing emulsion,the resistance of pigment was smaller,the conductive performance was better.
