Thin-walled steel for the steel structure of one of the shelves is the foundation of modem warehousing logistics important facilities.Thin-walled steel shelves key structures,such as columns,beams,beam-column joints between the base and column and beam connections,etc.as its stability and reliability for the entire shelf stability,security has an important impact.Beams assembly with steel base shelf assembly typical performance on the mechanical properties of semi-rigid,non-linear and discrete stiffness characteristics.In the actual manufacturing activities,due to the column and beam structure diversity,from the point of view of theoretical analysis to determine the value of a semi-rigid,this stage is more difficult,both domestic and foreign steel design specifications recommended by the method of performance tests to determine the stiffness values.Stage domestic research focused on the beam-column joints of steel in the construction sector,there are many differences in structure,performance indicators,such as steel construction steel shelves with three-dimensional,three-dimensional steel shelves structural study mechanical test methods developed accordingly experimental platform for systematic and comprehensive mechanical testing,thin-walled steel shelves for improving the overall security and stability of vital importance.The main work of this paper include(1)The reliability of the proposed stress strength interference theory,a fault tree shelf system,a summary of the key structures of the various failure modes,effects of various proposed key structural reliability based on the overall risk priority number,the establishment of a shelf structure reliability calculation model.(2)Design method based on domestic and foreign design and testing standards proposed,testing methods,mechanical properties test method proposed shelf-dimensional structure of a key.Carried out on the three-dimensional structure of the short shelf key columns,long columns,beams and other structural nodes of mechanical properties test,observe the relationship between the size and structure of the carrying capacity of the column,between the deformation modes;bending test beam-column joints with experimental data fitting stiffness values with foreign testing organizations test data error does not exceed 3%.(3)Research and the establishment of key structural mechanical properties of shelf finite element simulation model.Unit set up to solve the semi-rigid nodes exist in the modeling process,node processing,the contact surface asymmetric processing,materials handling and other nonlinear problems.Short column and long column simulation results and performance test results of error does not exceed 9%,beam-column joints results of the simulation data with the EU authoritative testing organizations test data error does not exceed 8%.(4)Analysis of three-dimensional steel shelves are summarized bear the load presented to the three-dimensional shelf fatigue life analysis method using ANSYS software,the effect of fatigue column beam structure computer simulation.(5)The existing logistics equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad to collect and collate the relevant specifications for the work,and make comparative analysis in terms of general design requirements,structural design,load and load combinations,etc.,in order to explore the development and improvement of our own steel shelf design specification of the foundation.
