So far,ring spinning is still the largest and most important spinning technology based on.its yarn specifications,product quality controllable and material diversity.However,just because of the twisting and the winding of the ring spinning machine is carried out at the same time,traveler around the ring one circle with a twist,by using the speed differences between the spindle and the traveler,the yarn is wound onto bobbins,thus processing principle leads to spinning production efficiency is low,seriously restricted the overall capacity of the spinning system upgrade.With the development of science and technology breakthrough and the changes in the concept of social production,spinning technology began tends to short flow,high efficiency,high yield&high quality as well as low carbon environmental protection direction.It is just in this background,there is pre-twist ring spinning technology application was born.What the new method of spinning is that add the Air Twister(jet vortex cavity)into traditional ring spinning,which the drafted sliver from the front roller should go through the air jet vortex cavity,then through the traveler ring to add some twist.Because of the fiber has been a certain amount of twist when it through the traveler ring,under certain yarn specification conditions,both ring and traveler's twisting burden will decline than before.Therefore,we can improve the rotation of the spindle so as to improve the production and efficiency of ring spinning machine.This technology which is through air jet vortex to add some pre-twist firstly,then conducted ring twisting called pre-twist ring spinning technology.When compared with other new spinning technology,the transformation cost of pre-twist ring spinning is low,at the same time,its product range more widely;Compared with the traditional ring spinning,the new technology can improve the spinning speed well,which is expected to be the single spindle production speed from 25 m/min up to 40 m/min or more,greatly to improve spinning production efficiency.It is not only suitable for design a new ring spinning machine,but also suitable for the improvement of the old machine,most importantly,it has less energy consumption,lower cost of reform to adapt to the current situation of low energy consumption,and meet the requirements of sustainable development.This thesis made the necessary introduction to the following aspects:the development and current research situation of the subject of the pre-twist ring spinning technology,device characteristics and main research contents.The paper details the advantages and disadvantages of the ring spinning technology,the research status as well as the application of the airflow in the spinning process and machining process.Put forward the pre-twist ring spinning technology based on the proposed.What has been studied is the main device of air jet vortex cavity is optimized,through the analysis of the twisting mechanism and wrapping twisting effect,got the conclusion of the distribution rule of the flow field inside jet vortex cavity and the head end free fiber stress as well as the wrap twisting effect conditions.This paper also established the mechanical system of pre-twist ring spinning fiber in fluid field.Thus obtain the theoretically verification and conclusion that pre-twist ring spinning technology is feasible.At the same time,both the preliminary experiment and the comparison of different air jet vortex twisting cavity's influence on the yarn quality have also been carried out,which draws the corresponding conclusions.All of above for the follow-up to carry out a series of about the pre-twist ring spinning research work to provide theoretical guidance and help.
