Objective:To dertermine the optimul processing parameters and controlling quality stardard of the formulation.A series of experiments including the extraction process,forming process and establishing quality standards were studied.Method:The volatile oil extraction rate as index,optimize the extraction process of volatile oil in chrysanthemum.The leaching amount of linarin as index,the orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal alcohol extracting technology.The leaching amount of hyperin as index,orthogonal test to determine the optimum water extraction process.In order to linarin and Hyperoside content as the index,comparative study of vacuum drying and spray drying,determine the best drying process.Through the contrast experiment,the best condition to optimize molding process capsule.The capsule is studied for quality control by TLC and HPLC.Result:The volatile oil of choice:medicinal herbs plus 6 times the volume of water,extracting for 4 hours.The alcohol extraction process of choice:80%ethanol extracting for three times,the amount of alcohol respectively 10,8,8 times,extracting time were 2,1.5,1.5hours.Water extraction process selection:water without soaking and extracting for three times,the amount of water were 12,10,10 times,extraction time 2,1.5,1.5 hours.Drying process selection:alcohol extraction part of vacuum drying at 60?,70? water extraction part of vacuum drying.Process selection:selection of starch as material,using 95%ethanol as wetting agent particle,critical relative humidity capsule containing about 62%.To identify the 3 herbs in the prescription by TLC.To establish a method to determine the content of Hyperoside by HPLC method.Conclusion:In the preparation process,the volatile oil extraction process by using single factor test method;the alcohol extraction and water extraction process was optimized by orthogonal experiment.And for each process was verified by experiments,is used to indicate the process route is feasible,stable and reliable.To identify the 3 herbs in the prescription by TLC.To establish a method to determine the content of Hyperoside by HPLC method.
