Research On Situation And Countermeasures Of Pesticide Residues In Vegetables In Shijiazhuang

Vegetable security is related to people's food safety.With improvements of living standards,people pay more attention to healthy eating and health care.Through two years of tracking investigations and analysis with experimental method,this article makes an analysis on pesticide residues of vegetables in one common producing base and one pollution-free producing base in Shijiazhuang City.Vegetables,in six categories and thirteen varieties,were extracted from the two bases,in which 17 kinds of vegetables pesticide residues were examined by two detection methods:gas chromatography and liquid chromatography.According to the experimental data,following conclusions are concluded:(1)6 kinds of vegetable production in total of 660 samples from 2013 to 2014 in Shijiazhuang City ordinary vegetable production base were tested:we examined 8 samples of vegetables including organic phosphorus and 12 samples of vegetables including parathyroid insecticides.The detection ratio of pesticide vegetables is 6.06%.We examined 4 samples including organic phosphorus,8 samples including parathyroid insecticides and 9 samples in fungicides and insecticides pesticides in the vegetables of 2014.The detection ratio of pesticide vegetables is 6.36%.The exceeded rates are 2.73%for 2013 and 2.42%for 2014.(2)6 kinds of vegetable production in total of 692 samples from 2013 to 2014 in Shijiazhuang City ordinary vegetable production base are tested:we examined 8 samples of 2013 and the detection ratio of pesticide vegetables is 1.82%.We examined 3 samples of 2014 and the detection ratio of pesticide vegetables is 0.87%.The exceeded rate is 0.61%for 2013 and 0.58%for 2014.Comparing two years' data,we can find that the detection ratio and the average exceeding ratio for 2013 are higher than for 2014,and two samples of the exceeding average ratio are less than 1%.(3)Comparing the common base and pollution-free base,the detection ratio of pesticide vegetables and the exceeded rate in the pollution-free base are both better than in the ordinary vegetable base.(4)Through the pesticide usage and field surveys for vegetable production base in Shijiazhuang City,according to the status of pesticide residues in vegetables,the corresponding control measures and recommendations are given.
