To solve the industrial detonator manual assemble problem in domestic explosive industry.Our team proposed a new automated and continuous industrial detonator production technology which based on the man-machine isolated.Developed aflexible industrial detonator automatic assembly line with multi-station joint operated If we still use the traditional control mode,not only the PLC program is complex and error-prone,programmes adjustment are also very difficult.According to the process,based on S7-200 PLC to modular programming to solve these problems.To construct a parallel system based on Siemens PLC S7-200 is mainly composed of the following parts:(1)Analyze the traditional industrial detonatorassemble process to redesign the assemble process based on PLC parallel system.(2)According to computer architecture parallel control system and new assemble process to built the parallel system framework.;(3)Builta parallel system performance evaluation model with error probability distribution.Evaluate parallel system's performance and optimized product line.Based on evaluation results,parallel system was not only stable,but also can achieve expectation.The parallel control system has good portability,it can be designed to adapt different process and become more powerful by optimized its faulttolerance.
