Two-dimensional graphene materials have a wide range of applications in the detection,catalysis,microelectronics,information and energy and many other fields due to its excellent acoustic,optical,thermal,electrical,mechanical properties as well as large surface area.The preparation method of graphene has attracted attention of the physical,chemical,materials,biotechnology and other areas since graphene discoverers have been awarded the Nobel Prize in 2010.Scientists are still looking for a large area,high-quality and high-yield preparation of graphene method so far.Based on this requirement,this paper combines the characteristics of combustion method to prepare graphene and introduces double base propellant as raw material to supply sufficient carbon source.The conditions of high temperature and high pressure generated in the combustion of double base propellant are utilized to prepare the graphene materials and the morphology and structure were characterized and the catalytic properties of ammonium perchlorate?AP?were tested.The main work is as follows:?1?The necessary condition for the preparation of graphene was analyzed.The combustion product of double base propellant and its variation rule was studied with the theoretical calculation.The theoretical feasibility of preparing graphene by double base propellant combustion was discussed.?2?Carbonizer was chosen to deal with the double base propellant.The double base propellant was subjected to combustion,and the solid combustion products were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD,Raman,AFM and XPS.The results showed that the solid combustion product was graphene nanosheets.The preparation time of graphene was only 0.09ms from the p-t curve.?3?The properties of the catalytic AP were compared between the commercial graphene and the graphene prepared in this paper.The thermal decomposition kinetics of the prepared graphene was analyzed.The results showed the maximum peak temperature of thermal decomposition of AP with graphene in this paper was 314.38? when the addition ratio of graphene was 7%,and the two thermal decomposition peaks of AP were combined and the maximum exothermic peak temperature decreased by 76.67? to show a better catalytic effect.The maximum peak temperature of thermal decomposition of AP with commercial graphene was 381.93? and the maximum exothermic peak temperature decreased by 11.12?.The thermal decomposition kinetics of the sample with 7%graphene addition in AP was calculated.The results showed that the activation energy Eak was 169.16KJ/mol,and the Eo was 170.14KJ/mol,and the Ak was 6.62 × 10-1min-?1?.
