Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region belongs to water-resource-shortages,rapid economic development and urbanization process exacerbate the region's water resources crisis,and water resources has seriously hampered the regional economic development.At the same time,the region contains the important ecological barrier in the north,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and the important grain production base,the ecological and the economic location are extremely important,making the ecological protection task arduous.It is of great practical significance to study the spatial and temporal pattern of water conservation function and its radiation effect in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,which will help to clarify the regional ecological protection direction,maintain regional ecological balance,and ensure regional ecological security and regional sustainable development.Based on the method of "Precipitation Reserves" and "Water Balance",this paper studies the spatial and temporal pattern and its changing trend of water conservation function in pixel scale Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2000 to 2010.Then,using the statistical data and spatial analysis method of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the water consumption and social water consumption of various ecosystems in the area were studied,and the spatial pattern of water resources conservation capacity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei water source was obtained based on the balance of water supply and demand.Based on the data of DEM,water were extracted from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei basin,the level and radiation range of water conservation capacity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are studied,and the radiation capacity of Beijing-Tianj in-Tianjin water source conservation area was further analyzed.The main conclusions are:(1)Spatial Pattern of Water Conservation Function in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.In the study area,between 2000 and 2010,the annual water conservation function of the two cities was concentrated in the range of 50-70mm,among which Yanshan Mountain in northern Hebei was the strongest,followed by the Taihang mountain area in western Hebei and the low in the northwest of Hebei grassland,the eastern coastal areas and the main towns nearby.In water conservation,the total in the study area was 12.352 billion m~3,and the average was 57.40 mm.From the total amount in various cities,Chengde is the largest,to 3.047 billion m~3,followed by Zhangjiakou,1.503 billion m~3,Beijing,Tianjin,which is 496 million m~3,Beijing 8.09 Billion m~3.(2)Time Variation of Water Conservation Function in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.During the 11 years,the trend of water conservation in Beijing and Tianjin is increasing.,and the area is 92.53%,of which 7.65%are significant and highly significant.The area of decreasing trend is 7.47%,which is only 0.29%through significant and extremely significant.The area of water conservation function is mainly concentrated in the area where the human activity is more intense,and the distribution is consistent with the hotspot area of urbanization.(3)Spatial Distribution Pattern of Water Consumption in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.The study shows that the region of urbanization degree and the level of economic development,such as Beijing,Tianjin,Tangshan,Shijiazhuang and et.al.is high water depth of the highest value,the average annual value of 1563.72mm,plain farmland area is also a high value of water depth value area,an average of 53.23mm,and the water depth of the region is mainly distributed in the western part of the Taihang Mountains,Yanshan Mountains and the Bashang grassland area,and the water depth of less than 10mm.(4)Capacity and Range of Radiation of Water Conservation Function in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.The water conservation function of the net water source has been deducted from the water level.The high value area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei water source conservation function is mainly distributed in the mountainous area of Taihang Mountain and Yanshan Mountain in Hebei Province,73.89mm in Yanshan Mountain area and 55.27 in Taihang Mountain area Mm.According to the river basin analysis,the radiation range of the Luanhe River water conservation area includes Qinhuangdao,Tangshan City and Tianjin city,Ninghe county,etc.;Yongding River water conservation area radiation range of Beijing;North Sanjiang water conservation area radiation range of Beijing City,Tianjin Jixian County,Baodi County,Langfang City,Sanhe City,Dachang Hui Autonomous County and Xianghe County;Daqing River water conservation area radiation range Baoding Plain County,southwest of Beijing,Langfang City,southwest of Cangzhou northwest and Tianjin The radiation range of the water conservation area of the Ziyang River is Shijiazhuang,Baoding,Xingtai and Handan.The radiation range of the water conservation area of Zhangwei River is the plain area of southeast of Handan.(5)Analysis of water source conservation area and radiation capacity in Beijing and Tianjin.Beijing water conservation district located in northern Hebei Yanshan mountains,Taihang Mountain mountains,northern Hebei West Bashang grassland,in the territory of Hebei is 3.26 times the area of Beijing province;Tianjin Water Conservation District Distribution in northern Hebei Yanshan and Hebei West Taihang Mountain section of Baoding,Hebei province in Tianjin 35.30 times.Beijing-tianjin-hebei net amount of water conservation totaled 5.233 billion m~3,the net amount of water conservation is the Beijing and tianjin in hebei province in 9.54 times in total.Zhangjiakou for Beijing to provide the amount of water conservation is the largest,is 814 million m~3,chengde for tianjin water conservation capacity up to 2.286 billion m~3.
