The advancement of urbanization brings many problems to our country,a large number of population into the city,the limited land resources become more nervous,which make a rapidly increasing number of high-rise building projects.In addition,high-rise building project has huge volume,more layers,complex construction process,various work types,long construction period.So the safety risk is more prominent in the construction process.In order to reduce production accidents,protect life and property,promote social stability,high-rise building construction safety risk was evaluated in this paper based on the related theory and method.First of all,the paper introduces safety theory,combined with the construction features,the main safety accident types of high-rise building can be divided into fall,objects,electric shock,mechanical damage and collapse.Then,the paper introduces the risk theory,compares the main risk identification methods and the evaluation methods,selects the fault tree method to identify the risk factors and adopts the gray AHP method to carry on the comprehensive evaluation.Secondly,the fault tree of five safety accidents were established,and the risk factors were classified and refined.Finally,the risk index system was formed.Among them,6 were first grade indexes,including personnel,material,equipment,management,environment and method,16 were secondary indexes,including the practitioner's compliance level,safety protection products investment and testing,large equipment assembly,disassembly and safety control,safety input and inspection,natural environment,scaffolding safety special construction program.Combined with the concept and implementation steps of gray AHP,the safety risk evaluation model of high-rise building construction is built.Finally,according to the project situation,management situation and safety target of Dongcheng xinhai fengjing project,with the help of the high-rise building construction safety risk index weight distribution questionnaire and the construction safety risk index table,we can obtain expert scoring data,determine the index weight,make a comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the safety status of the project is good,the safety of the project still has room for improvement,the weight coefficient of personnel and management factors is high,and the indicators of large equipment dismantling and safety control and accident prevention and emergency treatment are gray middle.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the above-mentioned factors to develop specific measures,such as a clear security incident reporting procedures and strengthen the training of emergency relief measures,so as to effectively protect the high-rise building construction safety.
