Study On The Cooperative Management Of Haze In Suzhou

In recent years,great changes have taken place in China's climatic conditions,and it is an ongoing vicious cycle.In particular,the residents' daily lives and health are also seriously affected,and they must be given enough attention to show the authoritative data.The emergence and understanding of the concept of haze is also a matter of recent years.For the current domestic situation,the haze has a large scope,a long duration,and a deep degree of influence.It is unprecedented.The same is true of Suzhou City.How to effectively manage the haze and return to a clear blue sky in Suzhou is an important management topic for the Suzhou municipal government,and it is also a core issue to be studied in this paper.There have been frequent severe haze days in CHINA,and the trend of long lasting and wide impact has been present.The same is true in SUZHOU.How to effectively control the haze and the continuous clear blue sky in SUZHOU is an important management issue of SUZHOU municipal government and the core issue to be studied in this paper.Based on the basic theories and methods of public administration,this paper discusses the public behavior process of the haze in SUZHOU by using the methods of literature and questionnaire.and the existing problems of haze treatment in SUZHOU through questionnaire survey.Then it introduces the experiences and inspirations of haze treatment in USA and Japan as a useful reference for the haze treatment in SUZHOU.On this basis,this paper discusses the multiple main body participation of SUZHOU haze governance model,this model is that the government in the fog in a dominant position,in the treatment of the enterprise and the social public body have their location and the corresponding role,between each main body should build long-term effective participation and cooperation mechanism.Through these studies,this paper highlights the main theme of SUZHOU “ beautiful SUZHOU,everyone's responsibility”.
