Using on-line interviews,offline visits,and questionnaire surveys to investigate a number of natural education institutions/companies in mainland China,we found that the volunteer team of the mainland’s natural education industry cultivated and faced recruitment difficulties and teachers Weak forces,insufficient training funds,lack of scientific management systems,and high turnover of volunteers;Considering social factors,China’s current system of institutional mechanisms in this area is not yet complete.The public’s awareness of environmental protection still needs to be improved,and corporate social responsibility needs to be strengthened.Through a team of volunteers cultivation from the Sun-Link-Sea Forest Recreational Area case studies in the field,we believe that when recruiting volunteers,the threshold should be lowered.Only two factors,whether interested and healthy,should be considered;however,training must be strengthened.Targeted training of different batches of volunteers in basic training,intermediate studies,and advanced courses;management must adhere to one-way leadership model,to avoid in charge of leadership to generate small groups unhelpful to work.Analyze the relationship between the various objects and factors in the cultivation process of the volunteer team of the Shanlinxi Nature Education Center and try to establish a training model for the Shanlinxi volunteer team.According to the successful case of Shanlinxi and the reference to volunteer cultivation in other regions of Taiwan,Combining with volunteer cultivation management research in other fields in China to answer the question faced by the volunteer team in China’s natural education industry,we suggest that the organization/enterprise:(1)Retired soldiers,civil servants and teachers are good candidates for volunteer development;(2)Organizations should correctly understand the recruitment difficulties of volunteers,grasp the motivation of volunteers willing to provide volunteer services;(3)Solve the problem of lack of teacher resource by establishing cooperative relationships with relevant outstanding practitioners or universities and forming long-term stable and efficient learning mechanisms;(4)Platforms and approaches for raising funds with the development of the internet age,the key is to improve the planning,preparation,implementation,and summarization capabilities of the project;(5)The scientific volunteer management mechanism is concluded through continuous exploration.It should fully consider the construction of rules and regulations in respect of duty management,volunteer management,rights and obligations,assessment,and disqualification requirements;(6)In order to avoid the loss of volunteers,it should be practical to communicate and establish an appropriate compensation and Incentive mechanism.And from the national level,it is recommended to(1)Establish and improve the registration of service hours for volunteers and appropriate compensation mechanisms;(2)Continue to pay close attention to environmental education and education,to create a good environmental awareness of the social environment;(3)Strengthen the construction of green enterprises,improve the supervision and punishment reward mechanism,and strive to enhance corporate social responsibility.
