Evaluation Of Agricultural Sustainable Development In Gansu Province

As the basic industry of the national economy,agriculture not only produces food and fiber to meet the needs of people's living,but also provides raw materials and agricultural products for the development of industrial production and the development of the third industry.However,in recent years,with the rapid development of agricultural modernization,chemical fertilizers,pesticides and plastic film have become a "regular guest" in agricultural production,which greatly destroyed the agricultural production environment,resulting in soil pollution,land resources degradation,and the decrease of biodiversity and so on.To the sustainable development of agriculture.In the era of China's efforts to solve the "three rural issues" and build a well-off society in an all-round way,the sustainable development of agriculture is very important.Especially for the inland province of Gansu,because of its fragile ecological environment,less natural precipitation,arid and semi-arid area,the application of land irrigation,chemical fertilizer,pesticide and agricultural film is inevitable in the process of agricultural production,and the contradiction between agricultural economic development and ecological environment is more prominent.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the sustainable development of agriculture.Under the guidance of relevant theories,firstly,based on the three indexes of economic development,ecological environment and social development,the evaluation index system of agricultural sustainable development in Gansu province is constructed,and the weight of each index system is calculated by factor analysis and linear comprehensive evaluation method,and the agricultural sustainable development of Gansu Province can be held in 2005-2014 years.The sustainable development of agriculture is evaluated synthetically,and based on the result of system clustering,the sustainable development stage of agriculture is divided into the Gansu province.Secondly,the main component analysis method is used to analyze the agricultural sustainable relative development level and the influencing factors in Gansu province.The results show that the results are as follows:(1)After calculating,the weight of each index in Gansu is different,that is,the degree of impact on the sustainable development of agriculture is different.Among them,the greatest impacton sustainable agricultural development is the urbanization rate,reaching 4.95%,and the minimum impact is the effective irrigation rate,less than 2%.(2)In the past2005-2014 years,the comprehensive value of agricultural sustainable development in Gansu has been increasing year by year,from-0.6876 in 2005 to 0.3403 in 2014,the average annual increase is 10.23,and the overall development of three subsystems is fluctuating,and the increase of the ecosystem is least,from-0.216 in 2005 to 0.044 in2014.The increase of 2.6,the annual average of the economic system is the lowest,only-0.0893,but the increase is the largest,from the-0.2946 in 2005 to 0.1545 in2014,and the annual increase of 4.49.The agricultural sustainable development level has roughly experienced the changes of the non sustainable stage,the initial stage of sustainable construction and the three stages of the primary stage of sustainable construction.(3)According to the national average agricultural sustainable development trend,the change trend of Gansu province is great.In 2010,it is the turning point of the "better" agricultural sustainable relative development level in Gansu province.(4)The main factors affecting the sustainable development of agriculture in Gansu are population factors,environmental factors,economic and scientific and technological factors.Among them,the area of soil erosion control,the use of pesticides per hectare,the per capita gross output value of agriculture,the output rate per unit water consumption,the use of fertilizer per hectare,and the use of film per hectare per hectare are in all factors.It has the greatest impact on the sustainable development of agriculture,and the impact is mostly above 96%.(5)Based on the above research results,combined with the analysis of the conditions of agricultural sustainable development in Gansu Province,the countermeasures and suggestions for realizing the sustainable development of Gansu agriculture are put forward.Specific include: to strengthen the support of agricultural sustainable development,improve agricultural laws and regulations,improve the quality of labor science and technology,strengthen the innovation of agricultural science and technology,strengthen the promotion of ecological agriculture,and improve the development of agricultural industrialization.
