The Coordination Analysis For The Sustainable Development Of Sichuan Province

Since the scientific outlook on development proposed on the ThirdPlenary Session of the sixteen Communist Party of China, the China National SustainableCommunities (CNSCs) put the scientific outlook on development and the goal ofbuilding a harmonious society as its guide to action. According to the general trend ofinternational sustainable development, the construction of CNSCs is to buildharmonious society especially on the population, resources, environment, economic andsocial aspect. Sichuan Province began to formulate and implement the strategy ofsustainable development from1990s, Set up the leading group of Sichuan Province forthe Sustainable Communities, and stabbed a guidelines, that are Taking the economicbenefits as the center, optimizing the economic structure, improving the ecologicalenvironment, implementing sustainable development. As a major agricultural provincein China, Sichuan Province is rich in resources. Due to the large population, it’s poor inthe per capita resources and facing the problem of lower economic and technologicallevel. In the process of implementing the strategy of sustainable development, theSustainable Communities of Sichuan Province have a lot of work to improve especiallyon population, resources, environment, economic and social.Through the method of establishing index system or PREE system, this study usethe coordination model and principal component analysis to analyze and evaluate theSustainable Communities of Sichuan Province from the dynamic and static two aspects.According to the construction practice of Sichuan Province, this study puts forward thedevelopment problems and gives some Suggestions that should focus on thedevelopment of the field. This study has seven chapters:The first chapter is introduction, mainly for the introduction of the research background, significance, research progress at home and abroad and the research idea,content and method.The second chapter is the theoretical connotation. This chapter mainly introducesthe origin, development and theoretical basis of the CNSCs. The theoretical basis isdivided into two main theories: the theory of sustainable development and circulareconomy. The first theory mainly introduces the formation, definition and connotation,and the second introduces generation and important principleThe third chapter is the overview of the Sustainable Communities of SichuanProvince, including its origin, advantages and characteristics, construction.The fourth chapter is the construction of index system for the sustainabledevelopment of Sichuan Province, including the principles and indexes.The fifth chapter is the calculation of the coordination degree for the sustainabledevelopment of Sichuan Province. After constructing of the PREES system, this paperuses coordination degree calculation method and the principal component analysismethod to calculate the coordination indexes on population, resource, environment,economy aspects for The Sustainable Communities of Sichuan Province.
