At present,the chemical industry has stepped into a low profit recession,for the sake of not to be eliminated in a cruel market competition,the chemical industry companies adopt low price strategy on own products,on the other side adopt the blind expansion to increase its volume to resist the risk.Nanjing YD company is one of the chemical enterprises in which pharmaceutical intermediates are mainly engaged in business,under the pressure of raw materials suppliers,competitors,environmental demands,and so on,it has been a serious threat to the survival and development of the company.Nanjing YD company has become an urgent problem how to adapt to the times and get rid of the dilemma and complete the transformation and upgrading.This paper analyzes internal and external environment of Nanjing YD company,researches itself problems?chances and challenges,develops the vertical integration strategy of expansion and transformation for it,and guided by this strategy,the business concept and value chain of the enterprise are remolded.The first step is to build a forward integrated product structure,which includes the expansion of the number of products and the further processing of the existing products.Secondly,we should further tap the value of brand assets,establish a clear brand positioning,actively build healthy brand image,and finally form an independent and complete brand management system.The third is to establish an integrated marketing channel of information and services.Besides participating in exhibitions,expanding distribution channels,providing production technology guidance and strategic consulting services for middle and lower reaches enterprises,we need to build e-commerce platform with their own characteristics.Finally making use of ABC cost analysis to make price strategy mining profits.The paper further puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the transformation strategy of Nanjing YD company.Firstly establish an efficient and flat organizational structure of enterprises.The second step is to further improve the entry and training system,and thirdly adopt performance incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees so as to enhance employee loyalty.Nanjing YD company strategic transformation will be in a new perspective and new ideas,to solve the current difficulties faced by enterprises,enhance the enterprise's core competitiveness and profitability,leading enterprises to embark on the broad road of transformation and development.
