The emission pollution of motor vehicles has became the main source of air pollution in many cities.It is main effect factor of the quality of the regional air.The urban vehicle inventory is increasing greatly with the steady improvement of the national economy,the enlargement of urban construction and people's dependence on motor vehicles.The bad influence of the emission pollution of motor vehicles is increasing.Therefore,analyzing the features of the emission pollution of motor vehicles,evaluating the treatment effect of the different measures for reducing emission and proposing appropriate measures for reducing emission are important for controlling the emission pollution of motor vehicles and improving the quality of the urban air.This study focus on the motor vehicles of Haikou.We acquired the hourly data of the quality of air in Haikou through investigation and test.We also evaluated the main emission factor of pollution through MOVES vehicle emission model which has been corrected through local data.The pollutant discharge and emission's sharing rate of different types of vehicles,different fuel types,different national standards and yellow/non-yellow label vehicles in Haikou was evaluated according to the vehicle inventory,model composition of motor vehicles and annual driving mileage and other data of the motor vehicles.And the characteristics of pollutant discharge is analyzed.And,the impact of vehicle emission standards and fuel quality improvement on vehicle emissions in Haikou in 2016 is analyzed.Then the vehicle ownership during 2017-2021 is predicted.By setting the control scenario of vehicle emission reduction,the emission reduct ion effect is evaluated and analyzed.Then,the appropriate strategy for reducing emission is proposed.It can provide theoretical basis and reference for the formulation of the measures for reducing the emission of motor vehicles in Haikou.The research shown that the emission of vehicles pollution of HC,NOx,PM were 5646t,50655t,8997 and 1023t respectively in Haikou in 2016.Light gasoline buses are the main contribution vehicles of HC and CO,and their contribution rates are 59.29%and 75.08%respectively.The emission sharing rates of the NOx and PM of the diesel vehicles were 59.82%and 85.92%,which is 5.8 times and 8.3 times of the total share of diesel vehicles.The emission sharing rates of HC,CO,NOx and PM of the Pre-Euro I whose proportion of the insured amount is only 3.45%were 23.95%,15.08%,16.02%and 17.41%respectively.The emission sharing rates of HC,CO,NOx and PM of the yellow label vehicles whose installation base is 4.22%were 6.39,3.80,7.44 and 10.70 times of the installation base.During to vehicle emission standards and fuel quality improvement the CO emission reduction reached 5356t in 2016.The emission reduction scenario assessment shown that the emission of CO,HC,NOx and PM in 2021 were 66626t?6657t,12423t and 1428t respectively under the baseline scenario.Which decreased by increased by 31.53%,17.91%?38.08%and 39.59%.Under the single control scenario,the CO emission reduction rate was the highest in 2021 under the PTP scenario.HC,NOx and PM in the ESV scenario,the cumulative emission reductions in 2017-2021 years reached 2959,3579 and 491t.Under the combined scenario,the emission reduction effect is significantly.The cumulative emission reduction of HC,CO,NOx and PM were 4786t,29269t,653t and 824t during 2017-2021.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up the progress of the elimination of the Yellow standard vehicle,enforce the standard of V gasoline and diesel and the emission standard of national V vehicle strictly for controlling the emission of vehicle pollutants in Haikou during 2017-2021.Developing new energy vehicles and other comprehensive emission reduction control measures are also critical for controlling the emission of vehiclepollutants in Haikou during 2017-2021.
